    @BarclaysUK Your customer service executive in the Churchill Place branch was extremely rude (within the first minute of the conversation). Highly inflexible and couldn't take more than a single counter question. You can do better.

    @BarclaysUK Hi there, I've had an issue with an international payment made on the 9th of March. After several phonecall it seemed you have gotten to the bottom of the problem. I was expecting a call back on the 24th but I'm still waiting. Can someone please get in touch?

    @BarclaysUK my partner keeps getting an error message on the app “BA040 ERROR MESSAGE” phone line isn’t open until Monday, and he can’t access the app - any work arounds for this?

    @neilTheMagpie @BarclaysUK Been with them near on 25yrs, no bother at all .. only issue I have is that their Premier Banking team call every 2 months to try and upsell services ..
