    @BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

    @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & itโ€™s a new apple phone bought from apple. Sheโ€™s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they canโ€™t compensate her for it. Disgusting

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! Itโ€™s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because thereโ€™s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! ๐Ÿ˜ก#Familylove

    @BarclaysUK trying to access an account but it has vanished. Message feature not working online and regular phone lines do not work at weekends. Disappointing service

    @BarclaysUKHelp Youโ€™ve lost a high net worth customer because youโ€™ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish youโ€™ve become.

    @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

    @BarclaysUK In the last visit I felt the whole process was very disrespectful for me. They are respecting their internal processes more than their potential customer (which makes no sense to me).
