Well done to @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK who after asking me to take my msgs to DM & I explained that my phone calls to Bereavement Support were cut off & had 2 hour waiting times. They again referred me to same Dept using same Tel No & waiting times with NO offer to call me back

Staff @BarclaysUK in Kingston still being massively let down by higher management decisions to only limit counter open I get times, when other shops and businesses back to ore-pandemic levels. Not the staff fault but they have to suffer the brunt of dissatisfied customers.

Why is it impossible to get hold of anyone at @BarclaysUK in less than a hour on the phone @BarclaysUKHelp 20 minute wait when I first called, an hour later and I’m still waiting.
