    @BarclaysUK I have travelpack+, I broke down a week ago called @TheRAC_UK. My car was collected but never arrived at its destination. RAC don't know where it is and every time I get told I'll receive a call back from a manager that never happens. Can you help find my lost car?

    @BarclaysUK is there any reason why my card would be blocked? Preventing me putting money in to my account? I’ve been in to a branch and they weren’t willing to help me out. I even asked to close my account as they couldn’t help me, which they said they couldn’t 🙈

    Avoid Business Banking with @BarclaysUK @Barclays. IMPOSSIBLE to close an account and they keep charging monthly fees even after you have a) withdrawn all money and b) re-iterated numerous times for over a month that you want to close your account.

    I connected to @BarclaysUK chat for a very simple issue bec they FORCE you to go to chat, blaming covid&volume of the work. it has been AN HOUR Im still waiting to solve the issue on the chat! This is BS. An international bank must set up a proper customer service!!

    @BarclaysUK Why ******** do you keep declining my mum's payment to British Gas to pay her electric bill?! They've even tried on the phone & still declines. How ******** is she supposed to pay her bill?! She doesn't do online banking. Ridiculous.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Went into branch to open an isa. Over three weeks later, nothing. Called customer services to ask about the status of my application & told they only deal with live accounts. Terrible new customer experience. Probably good my account wasn't opened.

    @BarclaysUK Absolutely appalled at your lack of customer services. Waited HOURS on the phone to end up talking to nobody. Went to complaints dept only for the person to cut the line on me! ATROCIOUS business! What are you playing at!?

    @BarclaysUKHelp what about banks that claim for 10+ years that they can't send an email...? As a disabled person who's been asking for help from @BarclaysUK doesn't that suggest I was being actively being discriminated against..? Yet @BarclaysUK claims they do not want to negotiate in our issue?

    @BarclaysUK had a passive aggressive letter about our community account, rang and got told wait time was 2 hours, requested call back who hung up on me when they called. Now ringing to complain and in a 40 minute q. Your service is terrible more staff may help - just saying!
