    @BarclaysUK was asked to wait 15 working days for a review of my account, its not been 25 working days and getting no where, was told this is all happening because of a £60 payment from my dad who has the same name as me, something needs to be sorted as im getting no where

    @BarclaysUK wow your customer service is bad. I know you don’t care, but wow!!! Your phone system actively discourages people from speaking to someone. If they REALLY need to talk to someone, good luck... 30 minutes on hold. Ps you might want to go back to employing humans.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

    @Pingit have a couple questions not on the Pingit faq page, so sent a direct message asking if could they answer them. Their reply? Go look at the website. Seriously @BarclaysUK ? I get low effort as pingit is closing but FFS...
