    @BarclaysUKHelp Thank you - I would but I'm not going to download and install an App just to make a complaint - This does highlight the issue of making it as difficult as possible for customers to contact someone who can help. Which is how it feels as a @barclaysuk customer now unfortunately.

    I am absolutely disgusted with @BarclaysUK not once but several occasions they have shut their branches and it’s not one branch it’s several. I’ve decided I will be looking elsewhere, for the terrible service they provide. If anyone is in @BarclaysUK I suggest you do the same 😡

    @BarclaysUK You closed my accounts on 2nd December because I am no longer resident in the UK, so why are you still sending me letters and documents? You took the action and yet continue to treat me as a customer? Are my accounts closed or not?

    @BarclaysUK Can somebody PLEASE get our remortgage application right. Submitted September. Have called countless times, even lodged official complaint. It's STILL wrong. We're lifelong Barclays customers getting the most appalling service with zero urgency from you.

    @BarclaysUK that's me clearing out my Barclays accounts. You have hardly any high street banks and you now dictate, me, as a customer can only pay in £10k in cash per year into my account!
