Cannot believe that when my 16yr old daughter visited @BarclaysUK in Cambridge yesterday. They left her in a office, didn't deal with her bank card issue, then after 45 mins told her to leave as the branch was closing 🤬. Bank card still not working! 😡

@BarclaysUK 0/10 for customer service I'm afraid and I feel sorry for the vulnerable people and elderly who are not used to carrying out transaction digitally. Aside from the very real danger of pickpockets, the stress of going to the bank would deter them from even attempting a trip.

@BarclaysUK I have waited for 10 days for my card to arrive. I cannot even use my current card. Now, you tell me it’s not processed and they require another 5 days?! Not to mention the costumer service. HORRIBLE.

@BarclaysUK you promised to reply last week, have you heard back from court orders team whether they can reply to third party debt order, or pass on to branch with sort code 20-97-40? Is nobody able to help even though @BarclaysUK missed court deadline?!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Absolutely horrible experience with Barclays customer service these past few weeks. Final straw was turning up for an in-branch appt yesterday that I booked via the app chat option a week ago to find it had never actually been booked by the CSR. (1)
