    @BarclaysUK The new on line purchase confirmation has gone live today, except it isn't working. I get no notifications in the app to confirm the purchase. And from today no text. Tried calling and got hung up on 3 times. Is this a known bug?

    @kongcz @BarclaysUK I had same issue contactless stopped working over weekend. After calling up trying multiple things was advised to reinstall app and try that. They said Google pay is rolling out soon so look out for a notification anyways I tried setting up Google Pay during the call & it worked

    @BarclaysUK really frustrated at the length of time it takes your contact centre advisors to deal with a customer over the phone in a Sunday! 40min just to report suspicious activity on my account. Please review your transaction times! Shocking!
