@BarclaysUK you are the worst. Between today and Monday I have been waiting for 2 hours and nobody was here to help me with my back account!

Hey @MorganStanley just when I thought the service you provide couldn't get any worse I get proved wrong... When shareworks was with @BarclaysUK I never had an issue. Nearly a month now waiting for you to transfer my funds to me 🤬 #terrible #customer #service

I need credit card recommendations, folks. I like points or cash back and pay my balance in full each month. I currently have a @HiltonHonors @Barclaycard but the customer service is rapidly going downhill like most of @BarclaysUK.

Having a nightmare with @BarclaysUK! My card is not working while abroad and there’s no way to contact them to find out why! The phone line is shut and chat is “unavailable”! I’m now left stranded in a foreign country!

@BarclaysUK I am absolutely dumbstruck that I can’t activate my online app without a UK number. I am an international client and I don’t have a UK number. A person would think with todays technology they would be able to overcome the basics of international client service dilemma

@BarclaysUK @NatWest_Help Yes, you must tap backwards a month at a time to get to your DOB. If you grumble, the ‘helper’ says “it isn’t helping to complain”. At the end, “can I do anything else to help”. “Yes, is it true you can’t approve transactions on mobile?” “I can’t answer – you’re not mandated.”

@BarclaysUKHelp Look, @BarclaysUK @Barclays makes annual profits of £billions Is it too much to ask, after they closed so many local branches to save cost/increase profit, that one gets good customer service, or that the apps for automated online banking work reliably? Have dev team phone me.

When interest rates go up, why don’t savings rates go up? It’s yet another con, like petrol stations putting prices up on petrol they already had delivered. The whole system needs knocking down and starting again @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUKHelp The only contact details on the link are a telephone number that is only open office hours - when I am working. Almost as if @BarclaysUK don't want to answer complaints
