I just seem to use Twitter as an outlet to vent about poor customer service - record hold time (and still on hold at 2 hours 22 minutes) goes to @BarclaysUK - oh to be able to just pop into your local branch and speak to a human

@BarclaysUK Help please - the CHAPs payment I did online with you to my solicitor on Friday still hasn't been paid, we complete on our house tomorrow! I called earlier and after an hour in the queue they said it was approved and would be paid at 6pm today but it hasn't. Eeeeep!

@BarclaysUK spent the whole morning in a queue online informer to open my son a bank account, started at 39 in the queue and then when I got to 1 was kicked out of the queue! As a lifelong customer I don't understand this level of customer service? Please advise
