  @BarclaysUK Are there any human beings still working at Barclay? 12 calls of over 5 minutes each, hanging on to the phone an nobody answers. These numbers were given to me on e mail by Barclays. Customer service? Non existent.

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard

  @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK hi is there an issue with your online banking? It keeps saying Error 1120 details are incorrect but they are not, I’ve tried 3 separate ways and same message comes up thanks

  @DamonMinchella @BarclaysUK Would you believe me? When I first came to London, I didn't have a credit card..it was quite an adventure! I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!
