There's a msg us option but autoresponse says call. Why can't my query be solved with text/email? This violates access rights re: Equality Act. Is this unreasonable?

I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "
