@BarclaysUK @Barclays I am a new customer and already regretting the switch from @CooperativeBank. Coop always answered the phone within 5 mins. Your call centre takes 40 mins+ and the chat function on the app just doesn't work.

@BarclaysUK I tried to open a new business account with you last week. You told me I couldn’t because you didn’t have enough staff to process the application. If Barclays think that’s OK, I don’t think their business model will last. I went to another bank. It was no problem for them.

@BarclaysUK I have made 3 attempts to call your customer services, each time with a 30-40 min wait, then finally reaching a person only to be cut off when being transferred to another department. Can someone please contact me urgently?
