I’m very disappointed with @BarclaysUK. customer service over the phone. After waiting for 15mins I spoke to someone who was abrupt and unprofessional. Did not get my query answered, I will have to try to calling again wish me luck!

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK your new techpack insurance provider looks like a fraud company, trying to raise claim for damaged phone, they keep rejecting even though is after 21st April incident, no one on phone & chat to answer, found way to rip customers with 'service' charges.

@BarclaysUK I have a question about the Barclaysafe service, however I cannot get through to the appropriate team on the phone (I've been trying for the last 4 hours!). Can you help me, or direct me at someone who can help? Please don't suggest calling Barclaysafe direct.
