    I’m very disappointed with @BarclaysUK. customer service over the phone. After waiting for 15mins I spoke to someone who was abrupt and unprofessional. Did not get my query answered, I will have to try to calling again wish me luck!

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK your new techpack insurance provider looks like a fraud company, trying to raise claim for damaged phone, they keep rejecting even though is after 21st April incident, no one on phone & chat to answer, found way to rip customers with 'service' charges.

    @BarclaysUK When is Barclays going to get its customer service working at branches? Shorter hours. Less branches Long waits I am still paying the same on my business account for a shoddy service.And no.Covid is not a valid excuse.
