@BarclaysUK Why is it impossible to speak to Customer Services? Using the app to make a Call forces you to either use the Chat tool (which I don't want to do) or end the call... Calling takes ages to go through an impossibly circuitous automated process before you even get to join a queue...

@BarclaysUK why had your service fallen to pieces? Just trying to fix an issue that been ongoing for 7 months, so far today spent 40 minutes being passed around different people till one cut me off, now up to 50 minutes wait on hold on phone. Webchat said I can’t complain online!

Could @BarclaysUK be the worst bank to try to contact in this country ? Made serious complaint on the 1st June which hasn’t been acknowledged. Can anyone recommend what I should do from here. Been on hold for an hour to them and can’t listen to the terrible music any longer?
