.@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

@BarclaysUK Why has my wife's credit card been declined 4 times in the last 24 hours, despite us talking to support at length this morning? They assured us that there was no problem. Calling from Greece has cost several Euros, because of the waiting time.

Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞
