    Is anyone working at @BarclaysUK @Barclays today? An issue that should be quick has taken over 24 hours. Over 300 employees haven't been paid!! This needs sorting out yesterday

    @BarclaysUK i have banking app on ipad. Want it on phone. It says log in on other device, tap more at bottom, tap manage accounts, tap generate activation code. There is no ‘generate activation code’

    @BarclaysUK I've been in the queue for over an hour to speak to a video banker to open my daughter a bank account. This is the second time I've tried to do this. The first time I had to give up after 30 minutes. This is terrible customer service.

    FORGET ABOUT BANKING WITH BARCLAYS @BarclaysUK @Barclays!! Last night I set up their app on my new mobile phone (an app that I’ve used for years) and took me 2h on the phone for them to realise there was an error in their app 1/2

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your tecpack insurance is an absolute joke! Absolutely ****** service from brightstar/likewize! Over 2 months and still without a device! Been promised callbacks, had complaints logged and guess what? No call backs not even for the complaint!

    @BarclaysUK anyone manning the Customer Service line today. I called 0333 202 7477 at 08.31 and I've been on hold ever since.
