@BarclaysUK I have raised request 3 time to close my account. Every time your support executives are saying "account will be closed within 1-2 days" (it started on August 23). It is a frustrating experience. Please can you look into it. I cant waste time anymore. Thanks

@Barclays @BarclaysUK dreadful "service" from this bank. €30 cost to call them for information about a mortgage,that for years they have promised will be online "soon". Can't find my details using postcode or 4 digits on card. Advise me to call to register complaint. P*sstake!

Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!

@BarclaysUK seems to have even surpassed itself with it's service today. After cancelling my overdraft y'day, they now want to cancel my Premier Banking because I don't have 100k in my savings account. I can however keep the account for a monthly fee of 20 pounds. How very kind.

You give no explanation as to why and you’ve closed all applications for new business accounts. Is this a war on small businesses to limit your exposure during this energy crisis?

@BarclaysUK, I have applied for mortgage at Barclays. My solicitor has requested a decision on an allowance I am receiving from the seller and your team has not replied on it since a month. Can you please help me sort it out? Or I will loose the property deal.
