@zoewoodguardian @BarclaysUK Even though my original mortgage was approved on 14Jun, my solicitor is still waiting for their copy. It has been over 3mths and every time me/solicitor call Barclays, we were told that it is an IT error. I am going to be homeless next wk. @Barclays

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

@BarclaysUK what is going on, had 3 experiences with your telephone banking ‘system’ in recent weeks & all I’ve got was bounced around menus and disinterested agents and put on hold until I gave up. Literally a dystopian case study in how not to do telephone customer service!
