    @BarclaysUK please help. The Business Support Team do not appear to be able to answer phones, respond to chat or answer emails. The lack of support is also in branch with the 2 team members here sadly saying ‘We are not the right grade.’ Who at Barclays is?

    Urgently need to speak to @BarclaysUK Business. Website chat = Unavailable Biz Phoneline = Not accepting calls (literally terminates call). Mobile app chat = Several reps have joined chat, no-one responding to messages. WTF - absolute joke! No way to speak to anyone!!?

    @CarlottaBlanche @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I've tried transferring money and now it looks like money is lost as my account doesn't show what was in there. I have urgent payments to make tomorrow so I'm hoping it sorts itself soon although issues have been going on all day from what I can read
