The most horrific service from @Barclaycard and @BarclaysUK this morning now sat in a phone queue wasting more time for the pleasure of trying to sort out the mistake they caused as they cant even arrange someone to call me! Terrible service.

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.
