@BarclaysUK - I’ve tried twice today to connect to your video banking. I get to 1st in the queue and then get disconnected. A great sounding service that doesn’t work!

@BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.
