@BarclaysUK how long does it take an instant transaction to clear on your accounts? My mum cannot transfer between accounts & money has gone out from mine but not into hers. You are withholding money from her that in half an hour will put her in overdraft. Pls fix immediately!

@BarclaysUK I have made 3 attempts to call your customer services, each time with a 30-40 min wait, then finally reaching a person only to be cut off when being transferred to another department. Can someone please contact me urgently?

@Barclays @BarclaysUK Endless long waits trying to reach your complaints team by phone (no other way to contact anyone) & no update on our complaint after 8 weeks. Shocking service. After 30 + years of custom, seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere. #Barclays

@BarclaysUK your telephone banking is terrible. Waited 30mins to get through and spoke to someone who then hung up on me to then go round in circle on your automated system to be on hold for 40 minutes

@IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.

@BarclaysUK ive switched accounts to another bank ., how do i access my old statements? It wont let me log on online banking, i can get on through the app,but it doesnt show my closed account,just my barclays savings account. Thanks

Hey @Xero. On your "Disruptions to bank feeds" you said you're working with @BarclaysUK to sort out the bug around Barclaycard Business customers who are unable to connect in Xero. It's been 2 years!!! I'm desperate to add my credit card, my taxes are up this week.
