    @BarclaysUK looking for some help for my step son who has had his card blocked after finishing a 12 hr shift. Already tried calling and was cut off by a staff member. Chat not available in the app. 😡

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays 50 mins to get through, bad line so had to disconnect. Online banking blocked, 2hrs to get through, then cut off. Can't go to my local branch as it's been closed down. Not happy!!!!

    @BarclaysUK 2/2 I don't think it's ethical to put restrictions on what a CC holder can purchase. If crypto was bought & plummets, so what. We still owe you. If I bought new kitchen cabinets & my house burnt down - same thing - purchase is gone. Yet still, I owe you. Pls remove restrictions.
