    @AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.

    @BarclaysUK Your customer service is utterly appalling a 55 minute unanswered phone call listening to that music then giving up and going into a vastly understaffed branch for 1 hour 20 minutes and still no answer to a very simple query 26 years time to change #Halifax

    Once again let down by my own bank have to wait for someone to be available so I can get my own money out of my own bank account. Do better @BarclaysUK
