    @TheFCA @Barclays @BarclaysUK The incompetence of Barclays is just shocking, 35+ yrs working in banking, I have never found such bad onboarding methods, photocopies of other peoples passports returned to me! loss of personal details forms for KYC, IT IS SHAMBOLIC!!

    @BarclaysUK shocking that 14 weeks on a complaint you’ve closed and reopened 4 times is still not a priority. Thousands of pounds out of pocket and causing me massive £ and health issues and I’m ignored. Failed guidelines and industry standards, disgusting. @HammersteinMatt why?

    @jacopodes @BBCNews @BarclaysUK My partner works for a telco and was on a trial for a new product, so they couldn’t reset/lock his sim until the Monday (mugged Friday) 2FA doesn’t mean anything if someone has access to your phone and email!

    @MoneySavingExp Just switched to @firstdirect and I've had more issues in the first week than i did in over 10 years of being with @BarclaysUK. Their customer service has been pretty good though and quick to get through on the phone.
