@BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

Help me! @BarclaysUK Would like a “certificate of interest paid”, robot doesn’t understand, put on hold forever until a human said it’s wrong department, then put on hold again for another eternity, then wrong department again....has been like this since 10th May!

@BarclaysUK Utterly disgusted by your Tech Pack Insurance. Returned an Apple Watch, not 2 wks old, perfect working order but slight scratch on face. Told it cannot be repaired??? Offered 50% of purchase price to replace. WHAT!?! #badcustomerservice

@LossAssessors4U @Tony_Raynor @BarclaysUK Working from home does not equate "not giving a monkeys". Our company is based on home working as we have people spread across Europe. It does not mean we don't give a monkeys. Office costs over 2000€/month (guess who will pay for that?) & limits our choice to local people.

@BarclaysUK hello, could someone please help me. Our mortgage account is in the balance following a build up of arrears. We've been authorised an interim interest only period. We are still waiting for confirmation and I cannot get through on the phone and getting concerned.
