    @BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

    I asked my local @BarclaysUK about an account for my 15 yr old. They said I have to open an account too, no problem, but they also wanted me to shift ALL my banking to them. Nope. They refused because "they want to encourage new customers" ?????

    @BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf

    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    @BarclaysUK you've just sent me an email saying I've made an application for a mortgage AIP. I haven't. This could be fraud, I'm trying to speak to you but it's now completely impossible to speak to a human being at Barclays. This is urgent.

    @BarclaysUK Wouldn't advise this, unless you want to spend endless hours in phone queues trying to get customer support. 1 hour 35 minutes so far.
