Phillip Garrett (@phillgar1) reported@tiggerhw72 @BarclaysUK @Barclays Frustrating! You might want to try contacting Barclays' customer support directly, either by phone or through their website's live chat, to get help with deleting payees. They should be able to guide you through the process or do it for you.

Nicki Schu (@NickiSchu) reported@BarclaysUK Never experienced worse service. If you are an expat considering opening a UK bank account STAY AWAY. They will close your account, take your money, and make it impossible to get it back. This is even after visiting a UK branch in person.

Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.
