This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

Random narratives of "American Express" a "Create" are appearing. Even though the payment is made to a Lloyds credit card. This can be quite confusing on statements.
