I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

Brian Wicks (@brian_wicks1969) reported@BarclaysUK Hi, I am having trouble finding the barclays app on the play strore. I am using a new Samsung Galaxy tab 9plus OS 15 with ui and security all upto date. Barclays say the app is compatible with my device but it won't show up on the play store. Help!
