    Just called @BarclaysUK to report 4 pending fraudulent card payments and told it's not possible to cancel and I need to wait til the moneys gone then phone back to open a fraud case. Why in the hell can you not cancel these payments BEFORE they leave my account!?!? Like wtf

    @BarclaysUK Drove into Guildford from Godalming because you closed Godalming branch, to pay euros into my account only to find Barclays tills open at 10am! What? 10am? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Who will pay for my wasted time? £120- per hour please? V poor service.

    @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUK Now have the cheek to call me a ‘valued a customer’ and talk about ‘world class service’ whilst offering me 1% back. As if I’m going to stay a customer.

    10 mins on hold (twice) to @BarclaysUK only for the person who eventually answers to be unable to hear me. No access at all to mortgage information. This is why I closed my personal and business accounts.

    @BarclaysUK I can receive my new card but these went unanswered. Calling Barclays has also been A dead end Because I cannot get through one of the security questions. I have emailed them. We end up going round and round in circles. I challenge Barclays to help me solve my problem

    Would like a “certificate of interest paid”, robot doesn’t understand, put on hold forever until a human said it’s wrong department, then put on hold again for another eternity, then wrong department again....has been like this since 10th May! #**** @BarclaysUK
