    I am absolutely disgusted with @BarclaysUK - I requested a new debit card 21 DAYS AGO &, having come back from hol, see it’s still not arrived. I start a new job tomorrow and STILL don’t have access to my own money - I can’t even get out cash?! Do something @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK absolutely disgusting of you incompetent clowns to keep hanging up on me 15 mins and 17 mins on hold during telephone banking. TWICE this happened using mobile and landline. Before you start, DON'T push internet banking or apps on me. Just fix that call problem!

    Yet again @BarclaysUK have shown how awesome their customer service is! 20 minutes to get through, transferred to another department, on hold for 25 minutes and cut off! Come on!!!!!

    @BarclaysUK been on a very Slow ‘chat’ for 3 hours .. now chat is unavailable.. unresolved problem .. unacceptable when you cannot speak to anyone !

    @BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?

    @BarclaysUK I am so frustrated by your lack of customer service!! Spent all morning attempting to get through on the phone, no luck so went into your Southport branch. Asked for a copy of a bank statement to be sent to my address as a from of ID, was told to just print it...

    Fed up with @BarclaysUK because someone told me yesterday the block will be lifted so I can carry out my biz operations & today I’m told that person wasn’t meant to tell me that? 5 days unable to access MY OWN assets/funds because I didn’t reply to emails. Ridiculous

    Yeah so my bank @BarclaysUK blocked my account for security threat yes the threat was my employer paying my salary 😡 I couldn’t even get access to my own savings same account for about 10 days shame on you @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK retain and fail to update incorrect customer’s information and are as such, breaching the consumer credit act, consequently slowing down applications, prejudiced decisions on applications and harming the ability of credit applicants. @financialombuds @TheFCA
