Rang the helpline number and says 50 days, try and speak to someone and it is impossible with up to 2 hours waiting times!!! Anyone else having these issues?! When do I get the refund??

I cant access my account or money , I have no food or cash I can use in the meantime, effectively leaving me homebound and without food for a week.

You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??
