Visited the @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK Chelmsford branch today to change my wife’s name, absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the employees, I’m not surprised by the customer satisfaction scores on the wall!

  • PhillHughesWrex Phill (@PhillHughesWrex) reported

@StevieCarts @BarclaysUK @Barclays It looks like there are scores of unhappy tech pack customers out there. I think the ombudsman may have to get involved if Barclays is unable to help. Likewize are terrible at resolving anything by the looks of it.

  • mellymels_ao Melanie (@mellymels_ao) reported

@ejan1a @BarclaysUK Sounds like Barclays. Over emphasis on security leading to poor customer experience

@BarclaysUK hello I’ve tried your customer service line many days in a row and have been cut off after long waits each time. Sometimes many hours. What can be done?

  • damian75701977 Damian 💙 (@damian75701977) reported

@BarclaysUK impossible to get through on the phone. Tried all days during the week. After 5 mins of giving automated info, then told over one hour wait 😑😑- change the order so we don’t waste time. Just get fobbed off messages.

  • Not_A_Doormat Professional Grump (@Not_A_Doormat) reported

@BarclaysUK it is currently taking more than 20 minutes to answer calls. Absolute rubbish service, an dtje music is pants as well.

  • ejan1a KFA (@ejan1a) reported

@mellymels_ao @BarclaysUK cant wait to take my service elsewhere. All i'm trying to do is create online banking so i can see my transactions. Why that's not an automatic thing upon account creation is beyond me. I tried to do online, it says i must call. Such ****** bank.

@Jones4PilkyPark @BarclaysUK @SixTownHousing They may have u-turned on abolishing the 45p rate, but they're still committed to over £40 billion in tax cuts for the rich, paid for by another round of austerity and cuts to the most vulnerable. Also, just wait and see what happens to an already broken NHS and Police!
