  Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.

  @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

  @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

  @DamonMinchella @BarclaysUK Would you believe me? When I first came to London, I didn't have a credit card..it was quite an adventure! I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!

  Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere it’s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.
