    Urgently need to speak to @BarclaysUK Business. Website chat = Unavailable Biz Phoneline = Not accepting calls (literally terminates call). Mobile app chat = Several reps have joined chat, no-one responding to messages. WTF - absolute joke! No way to speak to anyone!!?

    Yet again @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp customer service absolutely appalling. For 2nd week running it takes 45 minutes to speak to a human being and then half way through trying to resolve something that should be done digitally, you get cut off. Ridiculous. Sort it out.

It cost £160 Its an Android it's also built like a brick **** house because it's designed to take a beating from people who participate in outdoor sports.
