    Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.

    Concerned about my @BarclaysUK current account being suspended without prior notice, explanation, or any indication of fraud. All transactions were normal & routine. Called support—they could not provide a reason & said a letter is coming.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.
