    @trogglet @BarclaysUK I thought the same. Like these cards apparently to help people build credit. Which is normally them who struggle hence can least afford high interest. This is praying on people who cannot afford it.

    @BarclaysUK Hopeless. Message on website - call you to review our business details. 15 mins in queue, wasting MY time for something YOU want. Agent clearly hadn't got a clue, asked for my name & account details then seemed to wander off. After 3/4 mins of silence I was cut off.

    @BarclaysUK As somebody who has worked at Barclays, an apr of 70% is pretty much scam territory. But I can see you want to apply the Pay day lender - let's s****w the customer approach.

    @BarclaysUK absolutely useless customer service from a dreadful girl with attitude who literally wanted to clear her queue no matter what rude and arrogant beyond belief! Good job I actually wanted to close an account!
