    Hi @BarclaysUK I opened a Student Account (Ac: 73150445) with Barclays UK in August 2019. I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP

    @AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK I know chat support via app is being reset . So why force neurodivergent folk to call.? There's a msg us option but autoresponse says call. Why can't my query be solved with text/email? This violates access rights re: Equality Act. Is this unreasonable?
