The tweet thread references what was said in a phonecall with them, and what they said to me, so I think it's safe to say THEY KNOW. This is an issue which I've spoken to them about, at least a few hundred times over the past 10 years.

Today I can not access any features on Barclays online banking - your website has been almost useless recently, and now I can’t make any payments at all or access messages/help. When will this be fixed? It is stopping me from running my business. @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK
