@BarclaysUK - hopeless trying to pay extra on mortgage online. You don't have the year 2028 as an option in the debit card payment!! Really? Amateurs. Please amend so people can use online self service. Impossible to get through by phone.

@BarclaysUK is there issues with payments made online, made a group payment of wages to staff today approx 9.30am (business account) and of 8 only 3 have received the payment - plenty of money in the account and no sign of the missing payments leaving. No call centre at weekends!

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.
