@Betbuddy4u @BarclaysUK am having this same issue today. Are the lines down? On hold 13 min, line went dead, on hold 38 min, line went dead, now on hold 1 hr 15 min-- happy to keep holding but wondering if there is a tech issue going on and if today is not the day to phone?

@BarclaysUK shocked to discover today that if your are a regular customer it is no longer possible to call the bank if you have the app. Is this true? Chat is not chat - it is messaging service from poorly trained overseas centre. #leaving

@BarclaysUK I withdrew £500 from the ATM at South Woodford .. problem is while £500 came out of my account only £460 came out of the ATM .. apparently I’ve to wait to see if it “shows up” later and if not then the response in the branch was a shoulder shrug .. could you translate
