    @BarclaysUK I have tried on 2 occasions to open up an account, identity check in store required was told by customer service on phone i will get a call back the Whitechapel, London branch and never did a month on have reapplied online again id check required....

    @BarclaysUK has to have the worst customer experience / service. Was on hold for 45 min first call, then the line cuts out. Then on hold 55 min second call, speak to someone, then they hang up whilst trying to transfer me. Wasted a whole morning. Support small businesses ?

    @BarclaysUK guys, your customer service is terrible. I’m amazed as I have a premier account and I can’t even get through to a relationship manager. I waited 20 minutes to be told I have to use the app. I also have an Hsbc account they are light years ahead of you!!

    @BarclaysUK the company you have subcontracted your Gadget Cover to Likewize are the worst company I and it seems many others have ever dealt with. They send out repeated faulty phones with awful service. Customers please do not waste your money on this cover/ product.
