@BarclaysUK "Thinking long-term" seems also to be the #Barclaycard approach to customer service. Why resolve a simple issue now - when you can wait and wait until the customer in frustration closes down their account?

  • suefry2 sue fry (@suefry2) reported

@LaurenceAkers @BarclaysUK I am having money removed from my account without my authorisation, went into the back said they can’t help have to call the fraud department, such a joke

  • _FuturesForward Joana Lenkova (@_FuturesForward) reported

@barclaysuk you should train your people on some basic customer service skills. I will be so very happy to take my business elsewhere. Watch me walk. Ridiculous and disappointing service and rude and offensive customer service. Stuck in the dark ages much?

  • willsh John V Willshire (@willsh) reported

I'm guessing, @BarclaysUK, that your lines might be extra busy if you've decided to recontact every business customer who you gave a bounceback loan to about 'larger than normal suspicious payments'. Utter cretins.
