@BarclaysUK I am appalled at the service you are giving to Trustees of Arleston Community Centre, Wellington. You still keep sending them threatening letters saying you will close their account down unless they provide latest business details. They have done that months ago.

@BarclaysUK most pathetic experience ever.switched from tsb to barclays card credit card. Just to update my phone number I had to wait for 35 hours and still no solution.costed me 1000 pound because of their lack of any customer support. Never using barclays ever again

@BarclaysUK shocking customer service! Changed address now locked out of both banking apps, over an hour on the phone to be told I need to call into branch with ID, I am abroad til May Response from Barclays can't help, no access to your accounts until you call into a branch.

@BarclaysUK letter saying not using card, text keep, got app don't know pin, so can't log in, log in to view pin, can't log in, phone to request new pin, all I want is press 1 for a new pin, people don't ever answer phones
