    @BarclaysUK Your customer service executive in the Churchill Place branch was extremely rude (within the first minute of the conversation). Highly inflexible and couldn't take more than a single counter question. You can do better.

    @BarclaysUK I have tried since 27.3 to talk to someone at Barclays regrettable this task has proved impossible today 7 hours on chat only to be told you cannot talk to anyone they cannot call you. I was given a phone number but each time I tried had to give up after hold 40 mins

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your text help system is shocking. If your investors spent more than £1 on that, they’ve been robbed. Nearly 7 hours after I started liaising with the service & they haven’t got past my name yet. #horrendous

    @BarclaysUK Hi there, I've had an issue with an international payment made on the 9th of March. After several phonecall it seemed you have gotten to the bottom of the problem. I was expecting a call back on the 24th but I'm still waiting. Can someone please get in touch?

    Just had an email / customer survey from our business bankers, @BarclaysUK . 'Dear Director' - we are a partnership. 🙄 All partners' initials in lower case, one of whom died 7 years ago. Doesn't instill much credibility/confidence really, does it!? Don't think I'll bother!
