  @BarclaysUK was looking to move to your premier Avios account but your service is diabolical. Couldn’t be setup over the phone, advised to go to the Glasgow branch - when arrived I was told to come back in 5 weeks for the next available appointment, thank goodness for @monzo

  @BarclaysUK absolutely disgusting of you incompetent clowns to keep hanging up on me 15 mins and 17 mins on hold during telephone banking. TWICE this happened using mobile and landline. Before you start, DON'T push internet banking or apps on me. Just fix that call problem!

  @BarclaysUK Hi do I need to make appointment at my local Barclays Bank to closed my late aunt bank account? I got all the bank cards n death certificate to take down with me n wondering if I need to make appointment? Thank u
