Gina (@BlondeTalksSkin) reported@BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

Litstable (@Litstable) reported@BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

Andrew sutherland (@AndrewS5724) reportedWARNING: The @BarclaysUK Travel Pack is not fit for purpose. I'm currently stranded abroad in a legal emergency and the "Emergency Assistance" is non-existent. Paid for a service that leaves you vulnerable when you need it most. Avoid at all costs.

Justin Etheridge (@etheridge999) reported@BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.
