-
Carl (@officialnucky) reported@BarclaysUK @Barclays Where ******** is my £500 I just sent to my Nationwide account??????????? Doesn't even show as sent in your app, and it isn't in my Nationwide account!
-
In bloom (@Inbloom1y) reported@BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.
-
Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported@AllTheTimeRef @BarclaysUK I got a similar call. WASN’T Barclays but a scammer pretending to be. Barclays fraud team superb in the help they eventually gave me.
-
Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.
-
Nicholas ElleryJones (@elleryj) reported@BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
-
Alex Williams (@alxwms) reported@BarclaysUK Your app says you have changed things and I will no longer see my memorable word " Bungletwunt " when I log in. Is this for real ?
-
Andy Lowe ◣ ◢ 🇬🇧 (@MrAndyLowe) reported@BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.
-
Top Gnu (@TopGnu) reported@BarclaysUK your app's broken. The Ts and Cs open automatically on login but then there's no button to dismiss them. So it's impossible to use the app at all. This is in iOS.
