@BarclaysUK Hi, I can no longer login to Online Banking. Colleagues all had the same issue & apparently you’ve changed membership numbers without informing us. I held on phone for 57 minutes before being cut-off. I’m not prepared to wait again. How else can I get this progressed?

Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?

Why are people so stupid. "You can setup up face ID or Touch ID, it does sometimes still ask for the pin" If it "sometimes" still asks for a PIN it still needs a PIN, and if I could remember PINs I wouldn't have these problems in the first place. Sheesh. @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK Tried a GDPR data request through your website. It fails at the last step and ask me to contact support. Started a chat through the app and after a lot of back and forth I just stopped receiving answers. Not sure what to do next ...
