@BarclaysUK Banks don’t care about this stuff, they are paying lip service to narcissistic extremists in the hope of appearing virtuous. Banks care about profit, hence Barclays decision to operate in (what was then), apartheid South Africa.

@BarclaysUK Too much attention on a very small minority. Focus on your customer service as he her him doesn’t give a sh”t about this. They do care when they call up and always “you’re experiencing high call levels and it may take longer blah blah”

@BarclaysUK On the down side of this, I just had to spend 45 minutes switching banks. On the plus side, First direct gave me £125 for doing so 👍

@BarclaysUK Shocking how you speak down to your customers. *shakes head in disbelief* I was a client a long time ago, but moved my mortgage and other accounts because of atrocious service from my branch at the time. I'm sort of annoyed that I therefore can't close any accounts in protest.

@BarclaysUK In a few years time you are so going to regret doing this! I’ve been a customer for over 40 yrs and wld prefer you to concentrate on the maj of your loyal customers and not a small min of “Perry’s” who may bank with you. Pls stop this PC nonsense! It’s becoming very boring! 🥱🥱

@BarclaysUK I'm a @Barclays customer and I am closing my account due to this nonsense. Also First Direct are offering £125 to switch but this has pushed me to move.
