  @timidheathen @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Thank you. They dragged me through more before telling me they can’t actually do anything to help me through Twitter chat. Won’t chase up their chat team on the app. Just threats and more gaslighting. I’m still waiting for a reply on the app to the ‘2/3 minute’ wait 12 hours ago

  @BarclaysUK wtf can’t even open a kids bank account. Been in branch next appointment is November 7th, try video calling to open one. Doesn’t even work, phoned they said make an appointment at branch. 2 people behind in queue same issue they going to another bank. Complete joke
