    @BarclaysUK Hello. The app did not work on my mobile - error message 0002 . I phoned. In all the calls have cost me £13.14 but there has been no solution. If I phone again - it will cost me more. What is the solution please?

    @BarclaysUK Well Im not naming branches Im loyal customer 2 branches in Manchester no proper customer service U try ask to talk to customer services person and all they try to say have u got the app they try there hardest not letting me speak to someone face to face I felt so uncomfortable

    @AlexaNStaley Hi I'm reaching out to you to speak to your dad and ask him to send me apology on behalf of his employees for denying access to my late father account I had legal documents given by the courts to gain access to father accounts I'm sure you be hurt too!! @BarclaysUK

    Slowly losing the will to live trying to open anew joint account after M&S have decided to close their service. Going round & round with @BarclaysUK. Chat bot stupidity, a real person who disappears from the chat, in app phone not working neither does video app. Arggghhh!!

    I'd love to know what's "Premier" about the service I've received from @BarclaysUK Chat on the App! Absolutely disgraceful would be a better description. Now I have to phone a premium number from my mobile! After wasting 40 minutes of my day. The same as on Friday! @Barclays

    @BarclaysUK the service I received from your bank is to be honest an absolute disgrace. Has taken 7 attempts to get a debit card. No ownership or accountability! Still haven’t got it.
