    @BarclaysUK you should be embarrassed by the customer service you provide your clients via the live chat option. Been trying to sort out an issue with your app for the last 4.5 hours and still no resolution. Just a lot of apologising & waiting for someone to actually reply.

    Avoid Business Banking with @BarclaysUK @Barclays. IMPOSSIBLE to close an account and they keep charging monthly fees even after you have a) withdrawn all money and b) re-iterated numerous times for over a month that you want to close your account.

    @sharivahl Hi - we have a story about @BarclaysUK deleting accounts and the money in them without letting customers know. It's happened to us and has now been over 2 weeks with it being impossible to get answers (over 2 hour waiting time on phones etc). Can we email you?

    Stood in my now local @BarclaysUK branch ( miles away) waiting for an advisor so I can confirm my identity on my business account that I’ve had for over 7 years ! No staff available and the wait is ridiculous. What has happened to customer service? Get local branches back

    @BarclaysUK I have been in branch yesterday not naming branch - told they would call with appointment to speak face to face couldn't do - so called this morning and customer services advised 25th February - in 10 days !! Joke ! Looking for a new bank that wants to bank now "
