@BarclaysUK @Barclays How about having cash available at your Banks, Business acc holder,pay for a service where your business desk closes at 2pm so no change available. Visited the branch last month 13:30 only 10 £1 coins available.Will be closing my account, I pay for a business acc with no service

The customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK is a disgrace, if you’re going to close all your branches at least staff the very few you have open, some services have to be done in person, like change of name. #poorcustomerservice

@BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.

Dreadful service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp a disabled man left without online access since reporting a problem 16/09.No contact from Bank to resolve the issues. Is this acceptable service @financialombuds ?
