@barclaysUK I have been trying for past 2 days to change my address details online - your address finder is not working and if I try and call it is a minimum of 30 minutes wait. On top of that your chat function is down - so basically I have to resort to Twitter to make contact🙄

  • arji_barji Arjun Chandna (@arji_barji) reported

Hi @BarclaysUK how do we get in touch with you? Online system down for > 1 week, 90 min wait on the phone, and 47 min wait via online chat… pretty pathetic for a company with your profit margins…

@BarclaysUK tried to get help on moving a charity on to the right account. Been trying for months with no success. @BarclaysUK clearly don’t value existing customers. All phones lead you back to their website. No help whatsoever!!

@BarclaysUK Barclays@Coventry service hub never answers the phone, despite repeated many attempts. Hope @BarclaysUK would give better solution for its business customers

I'm at the end of my tether today. Card payment won't work on @Meta ads. Meta ad support says it's a bank issue. @BarclaysUK says it's a Facebook issue. I can't get help from anyone, and I have no idea what else I can do.

Barclays bank is madness. Do I really have to wait 1hr to see a @BarclaysUK customer service advisor??? No counter service? No physical barrier between staff and possible irate customers? Where’s your security? I’m shocked at this business model.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp funny enough the service is unavailable! After being promised it wasn’t! Its a ploy so you give up and you don’t get your money back! #fatcats #badcustomerservice #newbankneeded

@BarclaysUK Being a customer for more years then I could imagine the rates of paying it back a mth is staggering. Who can afford between £100 & £200 + per mth. Would like an ebike but will pay cash outright.
