@BarclaysUK I wanted to understand my BTL interest thats been paid for last tax year. One mortgage agent picked up and said "my system is slow" and passed it on to her colleague. Call is on hold now for 1 hour. Not good service.

@BarclaysUK What you don't tell people is that if you have a savings account but no current account you cannot use the app and get no access to any services. Maybe fix that?

@BarclaysUK your telephone banking is terrible. Waited 30mins to get through and spoke to someone who then hung up on me to then go round in circle on your automated system to be on hold for 40 minutes

@BarclaysUK @Barclays close Ilkley branch with “online service” being the alternative. 1hr 24 mins of holding to George Michael and Sade - I’ve given up. Terrible support.

@BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

@BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE you. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer Metro where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Will transfer.

@BarclaysUK how long does it take an instant transaction to clear on your accounts? My mum cannot transfer between accounts & money has gone out from mine but not into hers. You are withholding money from her that in half an hour will put her in overdraft. Pls fix immediately!
