@BarclaysUK had absolutely fantastic customer service from a member of your fraud team, is there anywhere I can give feedback/anyone to contact so she receives the recognition she deserves? Thanks!

  • dan_omeara Dan O'Meara (@dan_omeara) reported

@BarclaysUK has failed us. We are a longtime Barclays customer and have been staircasing our Share to Buy property. After submitting our new mortgage application in mid-March, we thought the process would be straightforward. Instead, it has been an absolute hell. (1/5)

@BarclaysUK terrible service. I’ve been trying to open a bank account for my 16 year old. Can’t get an appointment in branch. Useless signposting for product in app and website. Tried video call - not supported by browser. I’m able to manage online banking but it won’t work. Help

@BarclaysUK about to cost me my house move because they didn’t process a document over a month ago is not what I need right now. No one helping, must have the document today or it’s game over. Some assistance isn’t desired but absolutely urgent!!!!! Help!!!!

@BarclaysUK Please tell me how to stop the absolute deluge of letters you are sending me, asking me to download and install your "app". I will NEVER use a mobile device for banking, its not secure or safe. If someone was to steal my phone, they'd get full access to my finances

  • BaccmaConsult Malcolm Bacchus (@BaccmaConsult) reported

Dear @BarclaysUK. So far 50 minutes on hold listening to appalling music solely in order to get a bank mandate changed. This doesn't seem like good customer service. Once we could get the form on line or even call in at branch. How about employing enough staff to do the job?

Hi @BarclaysUK The online form to notify you of a bereavement is currently giving a 500 error - can you fix this please.

  • WillBHA58 WillBHA58 (@WillBHA58) reported

@BarclaysUK Can't login using Mobile Pin Sentry. Online chat says I need to travel miles to a Barclays ATM to fix it, which is ludicrous. 40min wait for phone chat. How do I sort this?

@BarclaysUK where the customer’s come last
