@TheFMofficer @BarclaysUK I bank with them personally used to have a business account with them . I agree with you. 5000 grand disappeared from my business account , all the missing transactions made to " Mr Green " gambling site . I did get the money deposited back in my bank though

@BarclaysUK I've had to 'clear data' from my barclays app due to it freezing when I was trying to make a payment - its now asking me for an activation code. I'm an existing customer - do I need to go instore to get a new code?

@BarclaysUK Your chat service is utterly useless i need to chat to a human not a robot!!! Who totally incompetent! Repeating over and over again the same things like a Parrot!

  • FursieRS6 Fursie (@FursieRS6) reported

@WhatNowDoc @Barclays @BarclaysUK Correct there error as it stated in the small print “no errors for this TT will be attributed to us!” So 1 week after they eventually paid back the fee (plus a load of interest) we dumped them like the crooks they are. Never to be trusted

@cozmo0_4 @MoneySavingExp @BarclaysUK Don't even log the complaint with them. They will close it straight away saying it's the process issue not the bank fault. They will re-assure that the feedback is important and nothing will change.... Terrible bank.

@BarclaysUK What is your customer service email id? Need some help to close an existing account

  • RNAR79 RNAR79 (@RNAR79) reported

@BarclaysUK barclays seems to have fired their engineers coders back in 2010, the service is so old that it’s incredible how it’s still surviving on 2023. Maybe it’s the target audience that is non technology friendly so it works for them “staying in the past”

  • Tatty_Lad Tatty Lad (@Tatty_Lad) reported

@BarclaysUK …..been on the phone for over an hour. Absolutely appreciating the rule which is new customers attend the nearest branch (by appointment) to open a fixed rate ISA…but it would be great if Barclays picked up the phone to help make arrangements? Dreadful #Barclays

  • WhatNowDoc Robin Redmile-Gordon (@WhatNowDoc) reported

@AlexTheGuiri @Barclays @BarclaysUK Well, his underwriting of them was entirely logical/essential if you’d bought into the concept…which became logical/essential, if you bought into the concept of shutting down the entire country, over a cold virus. I think I see now where they went wrong 🤔
