@BarclaysUK - you are an absolute joke, the issues we have had in trying to deal with you regarding dealing with my Kate Uncles estate is unbelievable. The latest is that you can’t find the paper work that left branch on 30 Dec 21 to open an executors account! PLEASE HELP

why is @barclaysuk so bad at customer service? im overseas, I've been locked out of the Barclays app, When I ring, they ask me to try using their App, I wish I could, Iyou have locked me out of your amazing (ironic) app!!!! now I'm on hold costing me £1.24 pm to wait to speak.

@BarclaysUK hoping you can help. I have an account that I need to move money out of. However I've lost all logins & sort code & acc no. When I go into a branch (I've done this 3x!) there are never any staff working 2 help me. Could you send me my acc no. & sort code in the post?

@Barclaycard Not sure how it's going to help since the communication channels are the one listed and that could not do anything other than send me to a branch unequipped to deal with the issue... @BarclaysUK is the worst of both worlds: online broken and offline broken too!

Urgently need to speak to @BarclaysUK Business. Website chat = Unavailable Biz Phoneline = Not accepting calls (literally terminates call). Mobile app chat = Several reps have joined chat, no-one responding to messages. WTF - absolute joke! No way to speak to anyone!!?

@BarclaysUK I have been sent a letter by barclays to say they owe me a refund for the interest i cannot access the link they gave me as i have no longer account with barclays closed in 2020 tried phoning ages on the phone not acceptable so how do i access this form
