    @MartinSLewis @BarclaysUK Tried to book an appointment with Barclays to open an ISA as unable to open online as I’m a new customer. First appointment available is 25 January in Swansea or 12 February in Llanelli. Can’t believe the length of time 1/2

    @BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

    @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp 4) on the log in into the account the contact us is a bot that repeats itself and cannot answer. 5) the place you want us to call is only open 9-5 and has "an unusual amount of calls" If you want customers to contact you provide a service
