    @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

    Disappointing @BarclaysUK Cust Serv - didn’t know @MartinSLewis current account switch rewards & could not answer basic Q’s about the app. Questionable training? Hmm. Off putting for a potential switch customer (gone elsewhere)

    If you bank with @BarclaysUK then I suggest like me you consider moving your money somewhere else. I’ve been trying to get a problem sorted out now for nearly three days and guess what? Not resolved yet

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    @BarclaysUK how long is your app going to be messed up? Doesn’t show me all transactions when I click through & also get an error code when I try and see my own cards in app. Been like it for ages!
