    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    Endless problems with @BarclaysUK despite a very nice Twitter team @BarclaysUKHelp - I still can’t leave their Avios Reward scheme. No one ever phones me back. So I’ve contacted the Financial Ombudsman.

    I transfer money all the time via apps, its easy, doesn't cost me £3 a month either, also in the email is your free account supervisor service AND a brief mention of power of attorney, .@BarclaysUK .@BarclaysUKHelp you really don't have a clue about me do you? 2/3

    Hi @BarclaysUK - you have asked me to call you urgently regarding a business account (which you may stop working!!) - but when I do - you tell me you are soooo busy and it will be over a 2hr wait..... why can't you ring me ? I am free now

    Hi .@BarclaysUK .@BarclaysUKHelp just wondering why you sent me an email about giving people I trust access to my account, "introducing authorised users", for £3 a month I can setup an additional card holder, can be easier than transferring money, how? 1/3

    As if out of no where @BarclaysUK have completely blocked my personal and business accounts with all my funds in. A house, bills and two kids during these times but don’t you scummy pricks worry about that. Anyone had this problem? No help from Barclays help desk at all

    @BarclaysUK Endless apologies for the wait and will transfer me as soon as they can….. just how many people do you have on the switchboard….. customer service means just that - a service for your customer
