  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK do your staff ever answer the phone? Impossible to get hold of you re my mortgage and your website doesn’t let you do a thing. Been on hold 56 minutes and waiting, will be changing mortgage provider at the earliest opportunity. Took 50 minutes last time!!
