@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@BarclaysUK I'm stood waiting in your main Liverpool branch and you have one person seeing customers, this is pathetic customer service. Why do you still have people working from home, covid is not an excuse for treating your customers like this.

@BarclaysUK received & activated new debit card last night. Woke up this morning to email from @TfL = my transaction for travel yesterday was declined. Surely this is a known issue - that some vendors only process transactions later? Does not reflect well on me as a customer.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I live abroad and can't get access to my account online. Tried physically through an ATM and my card was taken. I've been on the phone more than 3 times and the only solution they offered is to tweet you!
