@BarclaysUK @Barclays I am a new customer and already regretting the switch from @CooperativeBank. Coop always answered the phone within 5 mins. Your call centre takes 40 mins+ and the chat function on the app just doesn't work.

@IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.

@AldiUK can you tell me if it’s your click and collect site or @BarclaysUK fault when I do an order that takes an hour go to payment,gets to verify it’s you by @BarclaysUK that I get an error paragraph come up , it’s so annoying it’s happening a few times now

Isn't it about time @BarclaysUK used some of their obscene profits to hire more staff and create a better experience for Us the paying customer? People don't have 45 minutes of their time to waste making important calls. Why do we allow them to get away with this?

Wait on hold for 15-20 mins for @BarclaysUK to answer the phone for a simple query, get through to George, who promptly cuts me off 🤬. Not the first time either when ringing Barclays. I suppose I’ll have to start again. Good customer service? #pathetic
