    Went to @BarclaysUK massive Moorgate branch today. They have no (repeat no) cashiers. What on earth are they thinking about as customer service? They directed me to another branch which I had no time to get to. Are they so poor that they can't afford one cashier in a branch?

    @BarclaysUK Literally British businesses that bank with Barclays CANNOT pay in cheques. The staff said they didn't know when you would have the issue sorted, it's been weeks!

    @BarclaysUK please can you provide me with an email address as I want to make a complaint. I don’t want to speak/chat online I want to put it in writing and not send a letter in the post. You say on your website that I can contact via email, yet you don’t supply an email address!

    @BarclaysUK - Got an alert of 2 transactions made on my card. I have been trying to reach your fraud team (chat and phone) for close to an hour now, but no luck. Pathetic service.

    @BarclaysUK Hopeless visit to Tunbridge Wells branch today. Organised chaos. Waited 20 minutes to see someone. Not enough staff. Gave up & left without sorting out the problem. Staff also dressed in their own clothes and very unprofessional in jeans and inappropriate clothes!

    @BarclaysUK shocking service!wanted to open a Premier AC, went to branch to chk docs,ws told they did not have the time.called ‘premier’ custcare bcoz sdnly 2 PRMR ACs opened-no docs chkd.I askd to resolve,but they said closing is best,thnkd fr saving me frm moving @firstdirect!
