    @BarclaysUK 30yr+ customer. You’re removing my OD facility as I haven’t used it in 12mths. If I’d used it you wouldn’t have removed it. How ridiculous is that! All I need is a small OD facility as insurance. Zero loyalty for being financially sensible! #goingtoleave #ombudsman

    @Hollyjane76 @BarclaysUK They are quick to refer you to the app to chat to the advisor, but my problem is i cannot get on the app. Total hold time in total 2hrs and 20 mins

    @BarclaysUK If @BarclaysUK had any concern for their customers they’d stop wasting money on frivolous promotion and start investing in customer service staff to address their 11 hour waits. I only wish I was joking. And don’t say that’s exceptional. It is not. Don’t lie.

    @BarclaysUK Shocking customer service from you. A friend of mine is in tears because her address is wrong on her record due to a separation and despite explaining it for hours to multiple people, nothing has changed. What can't someone step in, make decisions and get it done?
