@BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.

@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with your customer services; upgraded my phone, cannot access banking app, cannot access online banking, on hold for customer services for 30 mins and then get cut off, no way to raise a complaint by email or online without logging in! HELP!!!!!!!
