42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

Trying to contact @BarclaysUK to order a statement is like pulling teeth. Over an hours wait on the phone banking to actually speak to someone, fewer branches as they were all closed down, and the statements in my app are no good for the solicitors apparently...
