    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

    Why does nothing in the @BarclaysUK app ever work. They’ve been ‘making improvements’ for months now and it’s always got an issue. So then you have to call, and something that should that 30 seconds, has become an hour long task…
