    I just had to spend £1800 because my camera equipment insurance company is a con, they said a lens is an accessory so isn’t covered - NO! it is a #MILC Mirrorless Interchange Lens Camera so each lens is integral to it working, it cannot function without a lens. Thanks @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK is there a reason why you guys don't support Google pay? It's really annoying that your customers have to use the Barclays app and doesn't make whole lot of sense.

    @BarclaysUK The only confirmation I have is a code sent to me after the first attempt to open an account through the app. I have no emails to track progress of my account application. Someone at the online help desk said that they'll send me a code to my address to confirm it?

    Absolutely appalled with @BarclaysUK s customer service. I can’t move any money out of my account neither from my app or if I call up and ask them to. You would think a massive bank like them should know how to deal with people, but this is just an absolute joke.

    @ConradGoodwin @BarclaysUK @AmerenIllinois Why anyone is trying to restrict my paying them money for a service we have both agreed to is beyond me... also, if some scammer tries to hack in from abroad and pay my bills, I cannot emphasize this enough - do not impede them

    My mum hasn't left the house for 12 months as she is shielding and wants to shut her @BarclaysUK account. They won't let her do it unless she goes into the branch. Quite unbelievable how poor traditional bank customer service is.

    Word of advise don't bother using the Barclays chat within the mobile app. You will chat with upwards of 6 people in one day and the issue won't actually be resolved @BarclaysUK

    So @BarclaysUK would you like to explain your appealing customer service. We have been trying to remortgage for 20% of the value. We started this with you in January. Does a remortgage with really take nearly 4 months? #badcustomerservice #lackofcommunication

    @BarclaysUK Hi @BarclaysUK if you have any money mentors available, could I suggest you send them to help with the awful mortgage department you have. Some of your employees think 2 days is a month long!
