    @BarclaysUK how can it be acceptable that i have to wait 5 to 7 working days for you to confirm receipt of a closure form sent on 5 july?. Totally unacceptable...will you be reimbursing unecessary solicitor fees that I am now incurring?

    Terrible customer service @BarclaysUK. How many mornings do I need to spend on the phone to you @BarclaysUKHelp from abroad to be told everything is in order and it is not. Again I have to resort to Twitter to get a response - this is appalling. I would leave this bank if I could

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My daughter deposited cash into one of your machines which stole it and gave her her card back. She’s 16. Just started a job and it took part of her wages. Iv been on the phone for a week no one cares! Help!

    @BarclaysUK Don’t bank with @Barclays, just had a N380 charging order filled out against due to them not paying out monies owed from a TPDO without them giving any explanation after contacting them numerous times! Absolutely outrageous! And yes I have contacted Customer support to no avail

    @BarclaysUK so you can send up to £50k via the online website, old school, but not on the app, which is used as a security measure. Does that mean the app is not as secure as the website which very few access as customers are encouraged to conduct banking via the app. #confused

    @BarclaysUK hi… do you have a coin machine in a branch near Newark, Nottinghamshire? We’ve had a charity drive at the local primary school and we’ve had hundreds of pounds of small change donated 🤯 we could do with some automated help in sorting it all!!

    BEWARE when finalising your mortgage with @BarclaysUK . Their staff do not know what the documentation means and contractual promises are broken. “Your refund of overpayments will arrive in 5 days.” It didn’t. I queried. Took two attempts cut off both times. Usual excuses. CRAP
