@BarclaysUK I tried to cancel my business account and called several numbers which was provided by Barclays app chat support. No one picks up any of it for hours, calls drop and I am not eligible to do it via online banking. It’s frustrating. 👎

@BarclaysUK how can i be a victim of card fraud twice in 1 month. You allow someone to clear my account twice, then i have to wait a week to have any access to my money. Disgraceful. You have left me with nothing again.

@BarclaysUK Seriously Barclays. You are the worst bank in the UK at the moment. I work in Nottingham on a Wednesday and your main branch is closed. Need to bank cash for work. Just driven to Mansfield to be told they don’t do counter service after 1pm #barclaysworstbankinbritain

@BarclaysUK Can't login using Mobile Pin Sentry. Online chat says I need to travel miles to a Barclays ATM to fix it, which is ludicrous. 40min wait for phone chat. How do I sort this?

@BarclaysUK terrible service. I’ve been trying to open a bank account for my 16 year old. Can’t get an appointment in branch. Useless signposting for product in app and website. Tried video call - not supported by browser. I’m able to manage online banking but it won’t work. Help

We are nearing 3 months since we submitted our @BarclaysUK mortgage application. I have called twice a day, spoken to customer service reps for hours, and still I cannot get Barclays to do the basic task of sending a form to their own valuer. (3/5)

Upset that despite being a loyal customer of @barclaysuk noone able to make a decision on my mortgage port. In the meantime a couples retirement dreams & a families dream move are falling apart, & I stand to lose £10k. Sad times for a bank who I believed stood by their values.

Completely powerless. My house move is literally about to collapse because Barclays can’t do their job properly. Angry doesn’t even begin to describe it. Sort this out TODAY @BarclaysUK. Been a customer my whole life and this is how we’re treated, get my mortgage sorted NOW!!!!!!
