@BarclaysUK okay Barclays - I’ve now been on hold for your Business Customer Services for 53 minutes and as if that’s not bad enough I’m listening to what can only be described as cheap ‘clubbing’ music. As if I wasn’t already annoyed!!! Switch it off!!!

@BarclaysUK @Barclays REALLY, REALLY ANGRY ANND UNIMPRESSED. Trying to access an account I don't often use (can't think why!!!) because client mistakenly paid into it. Can't get online - tells me to phone to set up passcode system, SAYS on page, 24 hour service. Try to phone 1/2

@BarclaysUK terrible service from you. Been with you for 40 years. Tried to get foreign currency in branch as before, but told to order by phone. Travelled x2 to branch to order and pick up. 50 miles in car. No sign of order. Major service failure by @BarclaysUK - very poor!!!!

@DonCryptoDraper Already had it done to me by @BarclaysUK - banks are scum, they have this fake ‘customer first’ pretence but it’s all profit-driven protected by regulation that allows them to continue to do it and the soulless minions that choose to work in the traditional banking industry.

2/2 AND?? ALL phone lines, even fraud lines 9am - 5pm only, Mon - Fri. NOT 24 HOURS not even reasonable. (Suppose I had a fraud query?!!) Don't most businesses work outside these hours??? Your rivals don't have this problem. Don't use @BarclaysUK!!! Will sort and close accounts.
