@BarclaysUK your apple chat feature is not working at all I have been trying to check if I have closed my account for days! I need a way to contact you but not a phone number that charges

  • donnagregory77 Donna Gregory (@donnagregory77) reported

@MoneySavingExp Just switched to @firstdirect and I've had more issues in the first week than i did in over 10 years of being with @BarclaysUK. Their customer service has been pretty good though and quick to get through on the phone.

@Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Why do you insist on getting customer to phone when you dont have enough staff to cope with the traffic?

@BarclaysUK your Rye Lane branch was really not great today. 30 min wait for statement printing machines to be fixed. And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.

@jacopodes @BBCNews @BarclaysUK My partner works for a telco and was on a trial for a new product, so they couldn’t reset/lock his sim until the Monday (mugged Friday) 2FA doesn’t mean anything if someone has access to your phone and email!

  • orla_cullen Orla Cullen (@orla_cullen) reported

@BarclaysUK Hi, how can I transfer my full Help to Buy ISA from @HalifaxBank and their miserable 1.25%? Do I need to open an account first?

  • CWackan Carl Wackan (@CWackan) reported

@BarclaysUKHelp Either access is there for all or it's discrimination, according to @DisRightsUK which is it @BarclaysUK ? It's made worse, the fact I've been asking for 10yrs + was told Barclays does not use email, can't make electronic files, can't provide the information in way I can use it

@CWackan @itvnews @BarclaysUK That’s nothing? A man died because he felt let down by professionals. I hope his family and friends aren’t reading your insensitive comment!
