@sumner_rowan @BarclaysUK I called again today and got the same - still not able to receive foreign cheques. It’s quite incredible that the most basic service you expect from an account is unavailable. I’ve logged a complaint with the financial ombudsman

@BarclaysUK Hello. Could you let me know when you expect to fix the cheque paying in facility on the app? I had a text to say it’s fixed but it still won’t let you take a photo of the cheque - it just closes the app. Thanks!

Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

@BarclaysUK so I call direct from my app. 2 mins of menu options, 8 mins on hold and I get through to off shore call centre. So much for the letter you sent me last week assuring me premier customers would have UK based help. #notsopremier

@BarclaysUK so Barclays Blue Rewards new monthly fee has gone up from £4 to £5 and the loyalty reward has gone down from £7 to £5. What the actual f**k is the point in it then

@BarclaysUK I withdrew £500 from the ATM at South Woodford .. problem is while £500 came out of my account only £460 came out of the ATM .. apparently I’ve to wait to see if it “shows up” later and if not then the response in the branch was a shoulder shrug .. could you translate
