    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp since last update Android app is horrific, crashes all the time, on opening, login, transfers, using the pinsentry everything crashes. Please fix or disable the pinpad requirement from transfers as I cannot use my bank account for what I need

    @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

    Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

    @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

    @BarclaysUK hello. My account was closed and I need an Ivan number to claim back my frozen assets, but South Africa (my bank acct) does not use IBAN, and I have to complete this field on the form. I am stuck and need my money. Please help.
