Been told to come in branch to prove with id when I have a broken foot! So until then you’re gatekeeping my money even though I can email/text this proof!!!

Do not tell me to phone as my wait times just to get the statement ranged from 57 to 68 minutes. I don't bank with Barclays so app no help.

I then scrolled down in the App Store & there it was - saying ‘update’. Sorry, but that caused me needless stress!
