  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @HalifaxBank pretty poor message service on you App! I asked a question FIVE hours ago, U didn’t get anyone to respond so closed down my question. Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

  @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

  @BarclaysUK I contacted Barclays to repay an old loan of £5k. I do not have an account or sort code. I said can you use my name, address, DOB,to identify me. He said I need the ac + sort code or I can’t help you. I said “do you want your money or not” Get stuffed Barclays 😡

  @BarclaysUK App displaying plain blue screen at the start of logon this afternoon, I am presuming an issue at your end with this. App appears to be otherwise ok.
