@BarclaysUK How can I change my current address from UK to Australia? I need a replacement debit card and the 'address change' option online requires a telephone conversation which my Australian service provider finds difficult. Your menu system bumps me off if I call via mobile.

@AmazonUK I think you definitely need to work with a better credit provider than @BarclaysUK I have now had 43 people contact me with regards to them TRYING TO PAY VIA CREDIT all have good credit and turned down by barclays why not try and partner with @Klarna they are better

@BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.

@BarclaysUK my daughter (16) tried to open a bank account at the Maidstone branch, she attended with all necessary documents. Next appointment was in August! She will now be banking with someone else! Lorrian you have lost a customer!, and to think I recommended Barclays!
