@Dpd_hub_uk - @BarclaysUK Please do not use DPD for the delivery of any Tech Insurance kit. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

@BarclaysUK disappointed that you have removed my overdraft after being a customer for over 30 years, I very rarely use it, I know you sent me a letter but I don’t think your actions are justified in reducing it to £0
