What a nightmare with @AskNationwide You have to use mobile or online banking, which I do not want, so I cannot pay any bills, their telephone banking will not help. I'm switching to @BarclaysUK their customer service is so much better - and I got to pay my bill!

Fraudulent activity on my @BarclaysUK account £99 taken out from @BootsUK and same happened to my mother for £230. Anyone else had this issue? Reported my card as stolen and payment is pending so I was told I should get the money back in my account.. 🙏🏻😡😡😡

I have just had one of the most surreal 3-hour conversations with @Barclays @BarclaysUK. Total clown world. God help us once we're exclusively accessing our money via a frigging iPhone.
