    @BarclaysUK Can't switch to barclays because of having a middle name that doesn't fit on drivers licence! Branch not open Saturday. What ever happened to scan and send? You've lost a potential Premier customer!

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    Can honestly say @BarclaysUK customer service is way way below the service I got from @HSBC_UK utterly mind blowing how bad.

    Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).
