    @BarclaysUK your Rye Lane branch was really not great today. 30 min wait for statement printing machines to be fixed. And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.

    @BarclaysUKHelp absolutely shocking customer service from Barclays spent over a hour on the phone trying to speak to someone!! Gave up on the end got sick of listening the the most horrific music that I’m sure they play on purpose so people have the phone up!!! #barclaysuk

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK “We’re here to help if you need us” No, you aren’t. That’s false advertising. Even your chat on the app has me on hold while it tries to find someone to help after you’re still sending me letters claiming you can’t contact me.

    @BarclaysUK I just spent AN HOUR on the phone internationally with your support, and it cut off after exactly 60 minutes. I assume that was my phone company. How do I get a callback?

    @BarclaysUKHelp Nope! Waited another 50 mins to get through to the mortgage. Absolutely flabbergasted. Difficulties is an understatement. What if someone required desperate help?? I have tried for 5 days to call, each time waiting for an hour. Really wish I wasn’t with @BarclaysUK

    @barclaysuk - so after years of no problems logging onto online banking, it fails. Passed through to the hapless offshore support who after making me go through the same routine 4 times, cutting me off twice, it still doesn't work! 5 days they tell me, 1 MONTH later nothing!
