@BarclaysUK I'm a shop owner on the High Street, its a terrible shame that Knaresborough town centre has no bank, and the only 2 ATM machines were out of action today! On market day too! Its absolutely heartbreaking having no bank in town.

@BarclaysUK terrible service. I’ve been trying to open a bank account for my 16 year old. Can’t get an appointment in branch. Useless signposting for product in app and website. Tried video call - not supported by browser. I’m able to manage online banking but it won’t work. Help

@BarclaysUK My only complaint is that we have No Bank in Knaresborough! And we NEED one! Please pass this on! I have already responded last time regarding this via customer service and many times before that! Thanks x
