@BarclaysUK It was stated that Google Pay support would come 31st of January, yet I can't add my card to it. What's going on?

  • Gyglassoc The GYGLA (@Gyglassoc) reported

@BarclaysUK appalling customer service from you today. As a business account holder I actually have to pay for this. You should be ashamed.

@JasmineMouldin1 @BarclaysUK I have had exactly the same problem. Thanks for confirming that the 2 hour drop is a programmed Barclays action, I wasn't sure it is was just bad luck for me. They don't mention they will drop your call when they ask you to hold for more than 2 hours!

@BarclaysUK Hi there, I am having problems registering our business account with you. A fellow director tried to call you but gave up after 4 hours being on hold. Can you contact me via DM please?

Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.

@BarclaysUK @Digitaleagles Hi, there are several people sending donations for the earthquake appeal in Turkey and are getting charged fees which is reducing the amount of help people in need are getting. Can this be highlighted and looked in to please. This will help immensely. Thanks

@BarclaysUK why is your KYC process for existing corporate accounts so painful ? Today I was called by the KYC team to be told the mandates team hadn’t done their job and I should resolve that. There is no notion of customer service at all.

Why do @BarclaysUK charge premiership rates for 4th division service? 🤔

  • andy1online Andrew Proctor (@andy1online) reported

Important to work smarter and efficiently …. been waiting on the phone for over two hours to speak to @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp, after receiving message saying I had to call because they wanted some information. Utterly appalling customer service.
