@mark_underwater @BarclaysUK How it works is simple. I bought my phone outright and didn't have to enter any agreement with anyone. My service is non contract and I can leave/switch whenever I like. Times have changed muchacho, you should try to get with them.

It cost £160 Its an Android it's also built like a brick **** house because it's designed to take a beating from people who participate in outdoor sports. Urgently need to speak to @BarclaysUK Business. Website chat = Unavailable Biz Phoneline = Not accepting calls (literally terminates call). Mobile app chat = Several reps have joined chat, no-one responding to messages. WTF - absolute joke! No way to speak to anyone!!?

@BarclaysUK After being with Barclays for over 25 years I have decided to leave. All the branches near me have closed down. I'll be going to one of the other banks that still give it's customers local branches that handle real money.

@BarclaysUK I've received MULTIPLE calls from Barclays over the same issue.I've spoken to different staff over the same issue. I continue to receive calls & 6 conflicting letters sent days apart. ALL saying different things.can I talk to someone that can actually sort this out.
