    @BarclaysUK Appalling customer service this week! Made a simple request via chat to arrange a large cash withdrawal, 3 days later still not sorted, visited the bank and collection not available. Branches being closed, staff reduced, hours in replying. Been with you 35 years 😡😡

    Struck my head into the wall a few times. Still more sensible than dealing with @BarclaysUK help, either social media, or phone based.

    Lol @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really? Withholding my money because you’re questioning its “legitimacy”? I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and this has never happened to me once, and I’ve deposited a lot more than i have today - not to mention making me wait 3 days

    @BarclaysUK can you tell me why you have been sending me text messages about an account. When I ring up to ask why they tell me they can’t help me, I can’t make a compliant or stop the messages? I don’t have an account. I was told texts seem legit when I rang.

    @BarclaysUK good day. Pls how can I get notifications when I want to verify a transaction from my Barclays app? Seem my Mobile pin sentry is not working in that regard

    Why are people so stupid. "You can setup up face ID or Touch ID, it does sometimes still ask for the pin" If it "sometimes" still asks for a PIN it still needs a PIN, and if I could remember PINs I wouldn't have these problems in the first place. Sheesh. @BarclaysUK

    So once again a customer has given me a cheque, and I can't find a branch of @BarclaysUK I can pay it in at. Great.
