    @BarclaysUKHelp Could you teach @HalifaxBank how to serve a customer better? Think they need some help dealing with an issue which should be simple but it appears their staff are under skilled in empathy towards older and vulnerable customers like my parents! Thank you @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK can I ask why, when I asked for a miniscule overdraft to buy stock for my cafe, I was turned down, no alternative offered, and when I asked questions the chat was discontinued? You were happy enough to give me a credit card.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to make a tech pack claim via Brightstar. You haven’t told us all devices have to be reregistered along with proof of purchase. Their website is saying it may take up to 3 days before device is registered and I can lodge my claim - terrible customer service

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp you’ve closed nearby branch & been on ‘phone 16 minutes waiting to speak to someone & still waiting. You no longer offer anything that can be described as a service. Beyond useless
