Hmm. @BarclaysUK automated system has now cut me off three times and the live chat is a shambles. Not sure I've actually got to speak to a human at all yet. Automation for customer interaction means abysmal service.

@BarclaysUK Oh yeah. And the icing on the cake: the number it gives you to resolve this is only open 9 to 5 despite the text on the screen saying it is 24/7. As it should be for account access issues. These ******* are laughing all the way to the literal bank.

@BarclaysUK The rant is because this is not the first time this has happened. Multiple occasions now. And each time it is a ballache to get access back. Its just broken and not good enough.

@Buck3131 @BarclaysUK @firstdirect I need to move myself. My last mortgage was with them and when I came to move they were appalling. I just need to get my business account out of their. Inertia and time is the problem!
