@BarclaysUK so your online messaging app is awful, and your phone service even worse. Trying to pay off my overdraft after switching accounts, and the latest advice I got was to go into a bank with the cash! Been trying for a month to pay it off

Going to uninstall the @BarclaysUK Android app. Plenty of funds but payment declined three times and no advice in the app as to why. Felt like a right *** putting the shopping back. NO Barclays customer service on a Sunday. Would not recommend. Looking for a new bank.

@BarclaysUK So the offshore curse strikes again - when are companies such as @barclays going to realise offshoring to save a few quid decimates the customer satisfaction ratings ? Absolute torture trying to get anything resolved via offshore support!

@BarclaysUK can you assist me with my mobile app banking. I changed my phone and unable to re-register my details. All my other banking apps works except for Barclayapp, i cannot wait till Monday. Pls help
