    @Barclays @BarclaysUK sort yourselves out and allow me to send money to binance. They done nothing wrong and you keep sending me crappy offers to buy stocks when I can make more money in crypto. I work hard for my money and i should be allowed to send it where I see fit. Fix this

    @BarclaysUK your online isn't working. Repeated security problems. Tried to call through the app. Your options chain leads to a recorded message that this can be resolved through chat. Chat is a robot....8 minutes to "chat" to a human. Still waiting 21hrs later. POOR @Barclays

    Less than impressed with the upgrade to the @BarclaysUKHelp cheque scanner. Impossible to pay them in online now. Why did you have to change it?! Local branch closed so now I'm going to have to trek miles to pay it in. @Barclays @BarclaysUK Yours sincerely one of unhappy customer

    @BarclaysUK I am in need of Help regarding my mortgage application. At every point there is a hurdle and 6 weeks later I still have no offer guaranteed and can’t seem to progress further. We have moved off a fixed rate after being promised we will not be out of pocket we will be!

    @BarclaysUK blocked my card, it's good that transactions are checked for fraud, but it's not acceptable to block a customers card and then expect you to call them !!!

    @BarclaysUK both of my current account cards have stopped working through contactless. One of them is only two months old. Is this a Barclays wide thing or do I have to replace both cards?

    @BarclaysUK it is seriously impossible for a student to open a bank account. First open appointment is in March 2022. Are you serious? This is not customer service! Shame!

    @MrRedPyramid @BarclaysUK We shall see. I have no problem giving them a chance to put it right. But being told by Barclays themselves “this is fine, you have no grounds for complaint” then the insurance team giving me £20 but that it was “resolved within their guidelines” does make me wonder.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK Months of stress & mental frustrations, no one has sorted my card issues? Single mother stranded with a toddler in another country & can't use my card. My ONLY resource & help. BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Gonna take this to the media now. Fed up.
