  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I sent message via app on 22nd and got no response. I have issue with barclaycard but hearing impaired so dont like talking to people

  Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

  @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket Explained it all again then hung up on me because he is wrong and a total lying peace of **** this is the 6th time speaking to people from packistan who then keeping it up stealing peaces of ****, Barklays uk 100% corrupt banking scum.   @Dpd_hub_uk - @BarclaysUK Please do not use DPD for the delivery of any Tech Insurance kit. (I will be cancelling all the Barclays Techpack insurance due to the service from DPD) They basically don't ever deliver anything and then just lie and state it could not be delivered.

  @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

  @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

  @Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.

  @BarclaysUK your service and support are absolutely diabolical - unable to use apple pay for over 6 weeks and no-one seems to know what they are doing. We'll be closing the account after 45 Years. No one cares!!
