@BarclaysUK Hi. I am a very unhappy Barclay customer. I unfortunately have accepted a cheque as a refund. As Barclays in their wisdom have closed the majority of branches along the north Norfolk coast I am now wasting time finding branches within a bus ride as a viable option.

@BarclaysUK Love those options - address my company’s complaint by - 1 downloading an AP that’s not available in the US 2 - long distance toll call or 3 buy a stamp and send a letter. All clear signs of a company who understands customer service!
