  @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK any issues with your banking now, a transaction has not reflected yet in my other account and I’m unable to login to online banking as well?

  @BarclaysUK - Hi, I just received the following message, is it a scam? Hi, we've found an issue with your debit card, so we've sent you a replacement. Your old card won't work after 28 days, or as soon as you use your new one.

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

  Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).
