@BarclaysUK customer service is disgusting. My disabled sister had lost her bank card. Explained to 3 different colleagues on the phone, to then be told nobody could cancel it as ‘that team doesn’t work evenings’. If you have POA/Deputyship don’t lose your bank card after 5pm.

@BarclaysUK I’ve just spent 20 minutes on phone trying to report a potential fraud , I was eventually transferred to customer service , they investigated and found a problem m, went off to talk to someone else then cut me off

@BarclaysUK Hello. It's impossible to speak to someone. All I need to know is with your Cash ISAs can I pay in £20k and then withdraw £10k, and then pay back in £10k in a few months (all in same tax tear). Is this acceptable? Thanks

How does one escalate a problem with @BarclaysUK @Barclays when you're not allowed to speak to a Mgr and all they keep doing is the same thing again and again and expect a different result! #Insanity #ItsMyMoney #EpicFail
