@BarclaysUK can somebody please help. I've now talked or app-chatted on four separate occasions to try to get video banking on to my Barclays app. I've done everything asked of me, but it just won't appear as a contact option. Please help.

Why do organisations make it almost impossible to speak 2 someone in person? @Barclays seems 2 be offering 7 options to contact them @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp but not one of them by phone. No wonder new banks such as Starling and Monzo are the new way forward. #customerservice

@BarclaysUK I just spoke to your complaints team. Apparently you can't make a complaint about something not working properly. They've not put me through to the digital help desk, who I just explained it all too, and guess what? They are now transferring me to someone else. Never ending!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I am totally locked out of my banking due to an app error. Online/phone support couldn't sort it, and told me to go to a branch. My nearest branch (1hr away) were lost and said phone. I'm now on my 3rd call, and have been left on hold for 36mins.

@BarclaysUK please help us . edgware barclays is always happen and slow . we always wait a along time . all banks come back normal work like before pandems but edgware barclays is still same . stanmore , mill hill and burn oak all brunch are closed but please help us.

Staff @BarclaysUK in Kingston still being massively let down by higher management decisions to only limit counter open I get times, when other shops and businesses back to ore-pandemic levels. Not the staff fault but they have to suffer the brunt of dissatisfied customers.
