TheJDGuy (@TheJDGuy) reported@BarclaysUK Just been charged £3.53 bank charges even though my account is in credit. Tried using the app and its impossible to make them understand. First of all they assumed I was referring to a Barclaycard charge and then they assumed I'd lost my card !!??

I’m on crutches, although I live quite close. Can I make an appointment to open an account? I could go down there, it is only about 10 mins walk/hobble!
