    walked 2km to the open but not counter today @BarclaysUK to get a cheque deposit envelope so I can walk out again, down the road to a post office to pay in a cheque. "we don't have those, we have to order them in" days Barclays staff. so now walking the 2km home again.

    Seems that the @BarclaysUK KYC team have messed up big time. Online access lost for loads of customers even though they have “successfully completed” the process. Great!

    Great service from Gemma in fraud customer service at @BarclaysUK over the phone. The next business advisor (missed his name) put me through to the 'new customer team' who proceeded to slam me into the "You got to do it online" wall. Me: "I'll leave it there".

    @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK Worst customer service. What a waste of time and resources?? There is nothing wonderful about your customer service!! No empowerment and just repeated standard robotic responses. What a shame and an experience that left me extremely disappointed!

    Barclays Bank prevented me from getting third party access to my mums bank account to arrange end of life care and she died without getting the care she so desperately needed😥Are there any #journalists out there that are interested in this story? Shame on @BarclaysUK
