    @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    Hi @BarclaysUK I opened a Student Account (Ac: 73150445) with Barclays UK in August 2019. I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK It’s taken a month to review my account and confirm if i’m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldn’t recommend!

    Good Morning @BarclaysUK just a quick question do all your business accounts able to have online access as. Someone i know has a business account with you and went to their local branch and was told their account is unable to have online access. Is this correct?
