@BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

You can’t actually speak to anyone and the online ‘help’ consists of a choice of their own questions (that mostly don’t cover what you want to ask or say). Soul destroying ...and Gov’t should legislate against it.

@MrRedPyramid @BarclaysUK We shall see. I have no problem giving them a chance to put it right. But being told by Barclays themselves “this is fine, you have no grounds for complaint” then the insurance team giving me £20 but that it was “resolved within their guidelines” does make me wonder.
