    @BarclaysUK I made an application for a student account in December, got an appointment only on 8th Feb & waited till 8th March with no sign of my new bank card in the post?? I call up and they've not registered for my card at all and say it'll take 5 working days. It's been 13.

    @BarclaysUK the contact is options in the app are ridiculous. It is impossible to get to chat to anyone. The bot doesn’t allow it.

    @hugowls your company @StreamAMG has taken unauthorised payments from my credit card and nobody has replied to any emails. Convince me it’s just poor customer service and not anything more. #PRTV #CustomerService Next step is to report to @BarclaysUK
