    My local @BarclaysUK Clitheroe is shutting soon. I had a 30 min wait today. In front of me an elderly recently bereaved lady who’d come in for help. Next to me a farmer who’d driven 40mins from Yorkshire Dales as his closest bank had shut. Closures discriminate against the needy!

    @BarclaysUK 🤬unbelievably bad Customer service .. tried to register LPOA for terminally ill father and .. even with all the correct documents on me .. next slot is August 23 !! Hope he doesn’t pass !! 🤬

    @dominic_mcg @BarclaysUK LOL. Did something with bank today but it didn't work. Rang up and spoke to someone, "Oh, yes, there's a glitch." What? There's a glitch!?! How do you know how much imaginary money everyone has when there are glitches!?!?

    @BarclaysUK absolutely diabolical customer services! I have just been on hold for over 20 mins waiting to speak to someone only to have the call answered by a human who told me you can’t take the call right now and have to call back in 2 hours!!!! I need to speak to you urgently

    @BarclaysUK no wonder you’re having to close branches, your service is appalling … went into Shirley Solihull branch to pay cheques in today and no counter service at all and 2 self service machines of which only one was working!

    My experience with @BarclaysUK has been nothing short of appalling. The straw that broke the camel’s back today was being on hold for 25 minutes to customer service and then being cut off before the problem got resolved. All I need is a 5 digit code and my mobile number updated!
