    @Algae_Wafer @BarclaysUK My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Unitask_assist on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @BarclaysUK you closed my local branch. I cannot get through to a person on the mobile app. Your automated chat does not understand my issue. The person on the chat has not replied. I have been with #Barclays all my life, I expect better service than this!!!

    @BarclaysUK My daughter wants to open an international student account (she is Irish). We went to our local Barclays branch and they told us "we don't do that" and "we do not have the details of any branch who can help, or anyone you can call". Wow! ...bye bye lifetime customer

    @BarclaysUK you took away our local branch, your chat facility on the app isn't working and I get sent round and round in circles when I try to ring. I'm changing banks after having been with you for 30 years.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays 2HRS wasted waiting to speak to someone, finally connected & told high calls & can’t access my account for issues. IVR message gone on in meantime but NOT for those already in the queue!How do i complain?Still have a fraud concern & u have no systems!!!

    @BarclaysUK the app is terrible for contactless at the moment. Very tempted right now to leave you for basically anybody else, who all support Android Pay.

    @BarclaysUK atrocious service from #Barclays - one month and counting with no online banking to help manage a family member’s finances. No response from anyone since last Friday with no resolution in sight. Abysmal.

    @BarclaysUK I have just been de-frauded in a significant and complex way. Customers need to know that Barclays own text service is vulnerable to being hacked - it needs immediate attention to prevent others being robbed @WhichUK
