@BarclaysUK I moved away from UK 2 years ago and realized that I didn't close my account. My PINSentry is bust (and card is expired). I can access online banking with passcode etc. But can't transfer money without a PINSentry. I'd like to transfer and close account, please advise

Anybody else find @BarclaysUK chat help absolutely infuriating? 2 days now trying to get an answer to what should be a simple question. Seems today they went home in the middle of the session. I've wasted 2 hours and gotten 4 replies from 3 "colleagues". Useless!! 🤬

@BarclaysUK I have a Barclays mortgage. I want to change my address but your website won’t let me do it as it says I need a current account. I try your app but it says the same a current account. I call your number but after 20 mins am cut off; the wait time is now 40 mins.

@BarclaysUK Hello, I need to open an account but couldn't because I was told to visit the branch for address confirmation. It's over a month now yet no available date was given. Also how long does it takes to get a credit card as a new customer?
