    After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove

    So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff
