  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

  You'd expect the scammers at @BarclaysUK / @Barclaycard to know when a customer logs into their account and cancels a direct debit, wouldn't you? Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.
