    Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    @BarclaysUK Hi, I am having trouble finding the barclays app on the play strore. I am using a new Samsung Galaxy tab 9plus OS 15 with ui and security all upto date. Barclays say the app is compatible with my device but it won't show up on the play store. Help!
