    Lol @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp really? Withholding my money because you’re questioning its “legitimacy”? I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and this has never happened to me once, and I’ve deposited a lot more than i have today - not to mention making me wait 3 days

    @BarclaysUK Your customer service is horrendous at the moment. I am fed up with being put on hold for over 15 minutes every time I call. I am a”premier” customer and yet I left feeling let down and ignored. I am currently on hold (over 9 minutes)!!!

    Every @BarclaysUK branch I can find in almost 100 miles is either closed, or open with no counter service.

    @BarclaysUK I also need to take some money out, same issue - no counter service I can get to with out a massive detour in a working day. :(

    Barclays Bank prevented me from getting third party access to my mums bank account to arrange end of life care and she died without getting the care she so desperately needed😥Are there any #journalists out there that are interested in this story? Shame on @BarclaysUK
