    @BarclaysUKHelp I have spoken with Customer Complaints twice now - they have no ability to solve this issue and reopen my account. I’m going round in circles with no one taking ownership of reinstating my joint account - this will damage my credit rating. Passing the buck @BarclaysUK @Barclays

    Hi @BarclaysUK. Having been with you since university, due to forthcoming service changes I am going to be leaving you for somewhere new and more appreciative. Please can you confirm that all SOs and DDs will transfer over via CASS. Shame, but you obviously don't want my custom.

    @Barclays Bit of background….I’m a Barclays Premier customer and former member of staff. If I can’t get Barclays to fix their error in closing the wrong account what chance do any other customers have? @BarclaysUK is not fit for purpose.

    @BarclaysUKHelp You still have not resolved the issue. Going round in circles as the account reinstatement is sitting on someone’s desk. This is the worst Premier Banking service - based on this I advise high net worth customers to go elsewhere. @Barclays @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK I have just called your phone number and been told the wait is TWO HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and your chat service isn't working. Call that a service. I don't.

    Very disappointed with the latest communication from @barclaysuk setting out new charges for personal account holders relating to debit cards. Including Charging for delivery if you need your card quicker than five working days.

    @BarclaysUK Oh yeah. And the icing on the cake: the number it gives you to resolve this is only open 9 to 5 despite the text on the screen saying it is 24/7. As it should be for account access issues. These ******* are laughing all the way to the literal bank.

    @BarclaysUK I keep getting error SR005 when trying to add the app on a new device and has been providing this reply for 5 days now. Currently in Canada and it's causing me problems whilst trying to return home. Can you explain what's going on? TYIA
