@BarclaysUK Care to explain why you've sent me a new debit card when I closed my account with you? And no, I will not call your customer "service" team

@BarclaysUK Hopefully none of these entrepreneurs require a business bank account quickly. If you do, I d recommend going to Metro Bank. They understand service, with sensible opening hours and plenty of tellers or customer service reps.

Just reported 2 new #iOS16 issues. There is no start/end dictation sound with VoiceOver on my iPhone with magic tap. My @BarclaysUK app crashes instantly if VoiceOver is enabled. Dictation does give haptic feedback but many elderly users can't feel haptics.

@BarclaysUK It's ironic. The Barclays app is the only app I've tested which has major VoiceOver issues with the iOS 16 beta. Usually, I'm singing its praises as a model of #accessibility. I'm sure the developers will act & ensure that blind customers can still use mobile banking this autumn!

@BarclaysUK I keep seeing this and, for the love of, well, words, please rewrite this tweet. I assume Tredz is a business/website? If so, this tweet should read 'Tredz is'. Your editorial team is better than a mistake like this.

@BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.
