    @BarclaysUK nearly an hour for a call back and half way through the call it cut out how come she didn’t ring back? Very poor customer service

    @BarclaysUK how long does it take an instant transaction to clear on your accounts? My mum cannot transfer between accounts & money has gone out from mine but not into hers. You are withholding money from her that in half an hour will put her in overdraft. Pls fix immediately!

    @Xero @BarclaysUK I have already raised a ticket a couple of days ago. No reply yet. But I'm afraid this is beyond the support. It's something you've been struggling with for years, apparently.

    @IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.

    @BarclaysUK Don’t forget Barclays increased their overdraft fees to 35% . Banking charges = Big bonuses but all banks screw the Customer . However all Banks rely on financially illiterate customers. I blame the education system . All children should be taught finance and financial planning

    Hey @Xero. On your "Disruptions to bank feeds" you said you're working with @BarclaysUK to sort out the bug around Barclaycard Business customers who are unable to connect in Xero. It's been 2 years!!! I'm desperate to add my credit card, my taxes are up this week.
