    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Your chatbots are a complete waste of time; the telephone banking service with its sparse number of humans is woefully inadequate. Impossible to answer my question - not covered by spending hours trawling the help pages. This is rubbish!

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK IT issue reported 16/09.Unable to access online banking.Promised a call on 20/09. Nothing,nada,zilch. Almost a month without online access."Kieron" promised me all issues were resolved,yet here we are,still having problems.Promises or yet more lies?

    @BarclaysUK only 1 person on the floor in Gravesend who has now had to go in the back for something! You might as well close it down! Waste of real estate! Customers are walking in and out!!

    I really don't get the @BarclaysUK version of customer service. Release a new version of the banking app then, instead of a standard update, like a regular app, they require a whole new install and reregistration. 1/

    Anyone know of a bank that can actually give you human help when you need it? @BarclaysUK is awful, directing everything to chat then can't help you there. But then having no one able to take a phone call!

    @BarclaysUK why can’t I speak to a real person in your dormancy team? You closed my charity account during the pandemic and have the charity’s money and I’ve been trying to get it back for a year!! Currently on phone again and two hours in and still no help Aaaagh!

    Utterly abysmal service @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp didn't receive promised call. Currently on hold for 30 minutes. Absolutely diabolical
