    @BarclaysUK I’m trying to apply for a current account through the app but when asked to enter my personal details from my passport, the continue button doesn’t activate. I’ve entered all fields, so not sure what the problem is?

    @BarclaysUK called to open an account and told to wait 8 working days so you can confirm the address where I live! Wonderful service!

    So glad I’m just wasting my day driving 30 mins to the nearest Barclays to provide proof that I have been their customer for 30 years !!! Waiting 30 mins already as only 1 person knows what to do … is this progress ??? @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK the business account support team has me on hold as they are trying to put me through to the new account team...... so that I can open a new account for an account that is already in place

    @BarclaysUK i am a Barclays account holder since September 2018, i moved back to India in aug 2020 due to some personal reason. Now I am getting back to UK this month end. Can you please help me with the process of getting new card and activate my account(if not already)?

    @artmaccarmaig @BarclaysUK I used an ATM. It took the money from my account, but didn't give me the cash. They make it exceptionally frustrating to get the problem resolved, with call-tree after call-tree. And having to enter strings of numbers. It couldn't be worse if they tried.
