Back home and AGAIN having to phone @BarclaysUK about another erroneous @PayPalUK payment. Every ******* Saturday I waste an hour sorting out this ****. Gets refunded and STILL gets taken. Bank recommendations anyone?

@BarclaysUK Hi, I can no longer login to Online Banking. Colleagues all had the same issue & apparently you’ve changed membership numbers without informing us. I held on phone for 57 minutes before being cut-off. I’m not prepared to wait again. How else can I get this progressed?

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I called in bang on 7am which is your ‘most quietest time’. Told the wait is 5-10mins and 45mins later guess what… I’m STILL on hold! A silly admin error on your side has now cost me over £2000. Terrible customer service!
