@Melindola @alison_fure Agreed - @BarclaysUK need to up their game and actually start assisting their vulnerable customers, many of whom have been banking with them for years #inclusion isn’t just a slogan, it’s customer care Hope the bank come back to you with better service

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Hi is there any issues your end when I am due a payment on a Monday I get it every Saturday bang on 12pm without fail apart from tonight it's not in?

  • PhilBillingham Phil Billingham (@PhilBillingham) reported

@thatlaurawrites @BarclaysUK Far too common Branch Staff need better training Not treating Customers with hostility and suspicion would be a good start Banks do ‘death’ very badly on the whole. It’s all about them, not the grieving and vulnerable customer on front of them

  • Dbene0 BeneD (@Dbene0) reported

@BarclaysUK Your chat service is utterly useless i need to chat to a human not a robot!!! Who totally incompetent! Repeating over and over again the same things like a Parrot!

  • raginikhushwaha Ragini Singh Khushwaha (@raginikhushwaha) reported

@BarclaysUK What is your customer service email id? Need some help to close an existing account

  • AdiaNNK Adia NNK (@AdiaNNK) reported

@BarclaysUK I have failed to make contactless payments with my android phone. I rang customer services and the lady on the other end of the line said that mobile payments with android phones have been discontinued. No notifications regarding the same on the app. What is going on?

  • davidjaytee David Thomson (@davidjaytee) reported

@PhilBillingham @thatlaurawrites @BarclaysUK Service here in SA is also appalling far too often. Takes far too long to get certificates of balance in the event of the 'real' death of a customer. Verifying Letters of Executorship/Probate is probably a challenge for banks.

@BarclaysUK I've had to 'clear data' from my barclays app due to it freezing when I was trying to make a payment - its now asking me for an activation code. I'm an existing customer - do I need to go instore to get a new code?

  • singletonwalker singlEton rAchel (@singletonwalker) reported

@BarclaysUK Pathetic Customer Service. Barclay's not answer or acknowledge letters? One sent October 2022 no response. One sent February 2023 registered - no response.

  • PhilBillingham Phil Billingham (@PhilBillingham) reported

@keven0262 @thatlaurawrites @BarclaysUK Yes. What we are finding is that staff increasingly ‘ghost’ us and clients if it gets too hard. They are clearly afraid of action, and the management structure around them is poorly trained and culturally incompetent in many cases I believe remote working makes it worse
