    @AlanJLSmith My first company happily banks with @BarclaysUK but they were impossible to open a new account for my second company we went to @StarlingBank and it was opened in a few hours, such a brilliant easy service!

    @BarclaysUK 6 phone calls, 4 hours of online chat where I’m now just being ignored. Total of 9 hours trying to get some help and still no further forward. Been given incorrect information 3 times and really stuck for help. A loyal customer for 26 years. Shocking service.

    @BarclaysUK you’re really letting your staff down @ Northumberland st, Newcastle branch. Understaffed, multiple machines broken. Customers arguing with each other in branch due to wait times. This branch is not being given the resources it needs.1hr to pay in business cheques 😡

    @BarclaysUK the most lazy service I have ever seen in UK. My mortgage offer is to expire on 30th Sept and I asked for extension till 10th. My Mortgage advisor has requested and approval since a week and still no reply from Barclays. Pathetic! Second experience.
