    Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

    Not sure why @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK removed my phone number from their system so now I cannot access my online account which I've done for the last 4 years or more ....has this happened to anyone else?
