    @BarclaysUK thanks for the policy of not returning cards from c/point. I helped an elderly gent who fell behind me - bank wouldn’t return card as said I wasn’t a Barclays customer, unable to shop for Christmas now!

    I decided to phone @BarclaysUK this evening and wasted another half an hour of my life on the phone to someone who couldn't help me and said "I only work in customer services." Well you could have fooled me. Customer services. Do you know how that works? Utterly unbelievable

    @BarclaysUK 2/2 she then had to go in again after being hospitalised and was told by the branch staff the card had not been ordered. This is an absolute disgrace especially her condition, the service received and had to put herself at risk and was lied to.

    Dear @BarclaysUK, I'll be British and try to put it in a traditional British way, i.e. as a polite understatement. I'm a bit concerned that your automated phone support is a bit substandard.

    @BarclaysUK such a poor impersonal service with regard to my Mum’s bereavement. No flexibility, no recognition of our personal loyalty as a family. Just ‘computer says no’. I felt sorry for the staff having to carry out these cold policies.

    @BarclaysUK I just wanted to recognise the outstanding customer service I received today at Torquay. I recently lost my father, and the sudden death is still raw. On my visit to the Torquay branch, the staff were empathetic,sympathetic and caring. Outstanding customer service.

    @BarclaysUK Can somebody PLEASE get our remortgage application right. Submitted September. Have called countless times, even lodged official complaint. It's STILL wrong. We're lifelong Barclays customers getting the most appalling service with zero urgency from you.

    @BarclaysUK We have been trying to get hold of Wales and West Business Relations for days and all we get is an answerphone message. No reply. No human contact. Awful customer service. Please sort it out and let us talk to a human. I await your help.
