@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp As your customer you make it difficult / impossible to get hold of someone on the phone then when you provide the method of communication they don't respond to me. This is appalling service.

@BarclaysUK you have lost me a client. A payment was supposed to be made to my @MonzoBusiness account and you’ve flagged it up as fraud and stopped a payment going through. I’ve never had issues have transacted over £100k from this account alone.

@BarclaysUK, after 25 days that I informed you that our debit card was charged fraudulently twice we haven't received any answer from your customer service. Have you had any data breaches recently which allow a third party has access to our debit card details?

@BarclaysUK Why does your main Manchester bank on Market Street no longer offer in person cash withdrawal service? Utterly ridiculous, considering you only permit £250 per day via ATM. And you have rude staff on the door stopping entry by asking what customers are coming in for.

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

I am SICK of bad service. Even when you complain, they don’t care. Then we wonder why retail is in crisis and consumer confidence is at a low. I can see why many don’t bother to feedback. Main culprits are @BarclaysUK @UberEats and @IKEAUKSupport sick of it
