Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?

Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

Gareth Maver (@gdmaver) reported@BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)
