    @BarclaysUK been trying to contact you regards my mortgage, can't access the app, the high street branch has no advisors & if I call I'm told it's an hours wait. What's going on, don't you guys want our money ?

    This is now the 5th time that @BarclaysUK have tried to transfer my in-app chat and the 5th time I have been placed into chat purgatory ("Our service is unavailable"). I now have another ~12-18 hour wait. Utterly shocking service and nobody seems to care.

    Hi @BarclaysUK its now been a week since you froze my account. In that time I've not been able to make any money, and have spent a combined 2 hours on hold to your support staff, who have been 0 help. I went to register a complaint, only to be given another number to call, (1)

    @GhostofGoose2 @BarclaysUK Banks *despise* the retail sector. My former bank (Lloyds) began a programme of branch closures some 30 years ago! And the others followed suit. As for being able to ring your local branch... How long since that was a thing? (Yet the interest goes down and the fees go up...)

    @BarclaysUK How can I contact Barclays? There is an hour-long queue when I try phoning, and with the Chat function on your website no-one answers.

    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?
