@BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

I have to say @BarclaysUK you chat facility on app and the ability to open a new account is utterly hopeless. Productivity is an issue and your processes are sooooo broken.

So annoyed with my mortgage switchover with @BarclaysUK using Integrar. Appalling customer service, don’t even care on the urgency of the matter. They say they sent stuff to me, but haven’t 😤 Now I’m days away from a variable rate increase. Literally could cry 😭

@BarclaysUK - App - Problem when registering. Used Pin Sentry > when reached stage on Pin Sentry where says: Place the number. Tell us which number? For this also place on App screen: Place this number (from the two boxes) onto your Pin Sentry. Tell us this. Pls be specific. UK
