    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp As your customer you make it difficult / impossible to get hold of someone on the phone then when you provide the method of communication they don't respond to me. This is appalling service.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK is there any particular reason the online help is so bad? It is now 1.5 hours since I went onto the chat, and all I want is a new debit card issued????

    Iโ€™m very disappointed with @BarclaysUK. customer service over the phone. After waiting for 15mins I spoke to someone who was abrupt and unprofessional. Did not get my query answered, I will have to try to calling again wish me luck!

    Hi @BarclaysUK I need to close my account as I no longer live UK. However, I've been dropped 4 times before I get to a human calling your help line and "secure messages" function online isn't working. Please advice asap as I thought my account has been closed last year

    @BarclaysUK if you are going to bin off your phone support, and at the end of every number press just redirect to the online chat service, AT LEAST have people available to actually help. Over 45 minutes to adjust a direct debit, and itโ€™s still not done yet!!

    @BarclaysUK I have questions about the Switching service that I canโ€™t find elsewhere, Iโ€™ve tried ringing and get directed to chat in the app, except my app apparently has no chat!

    @BarclaysUK Morning, I have an issue with a log book loan company who I paid an outstanding debt to(not mine by the way)on the 28/July,I received an email confirming they had received my payment,fast forward 7 days they are now saying the money has been taken from there account

    @newman_andrea @BarclaysUK Oh no, thatโ€™s awful. It happened to me a few months ago (different scam) but HSBC were really quick to spot it and stop any money going out. Hope it all gets sorted!
