    @BarclaysUK is it impossible to speak to someone? 7 weeks I have been locked out of my app. I’ve jumped through hoops yet still can’t gain access. 19 years I have been with you, looks like it’s time to find a new bank!

    @BarclaysUK, after 25 days that I informed you that our debit card was charged fraudulently twice we haven't received any answer from your customer service. Have you had any data breaches recently which allow a third party has access to our debit card details?

    @Cheryls12329233 @BarclaysUK The Barclays old tech pack insurance provider LSG was atrocious, they dragged mine out for 3/4 month on my macbook and broke it further by replacing it with fake broken parts. The new one will be better than LSG, but still not what it should be!

    What annoys me most about the whole @binanceuk & @barclaysuk mess is that they'll block my funds transfer for spot trading, but not a pip if I want to chuck money at a gambling site. But it's for my safety, right?

    Another diabolical customer banking experience with @BarclaysUK - still my problems not resolved, still being ignored, still have to call up every morning to hit another banking brick wall - the worst customer service I've ever experienced

    Let it be known - @BarclaysUK are ******* useless. been trying to get them to acknowledge a change of address for 18 months but as it's a mostly dormant account I've never needed online banking so apparently it's impossible even though I've jumped through their hoops.
