    @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & itโ€™s a new apple phone bought from apple. Sheโ€™s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they canโ€™t compensate her for it. Disgusting

    @AppleUK_ and @Barclaysuk - As a premier banking customer I get apple TV a benefit. It stopped working. You sign up via the Backays App. I get the error code MR014. I reinstalled app - still get this response. Speaking to both support teams you blame each other. Please sort it.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Itโ€™s taken a month to review my account and confirm if iโ€™m approved for a credit card.Been a customer for 15 years! Might be a good time to change.Very disappointed with your lead time and updates. If declined,please just tell me. Wouldnโ€™t recommend!

    @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?
