@BarclaysUK I have been trying to close my account for days and your online chat keeps experiencing 'technical glitches' constantly re connecting me to different departments and colleagues and making me go through the whole process over and over. Your customer service is rubbish

Why when I confirmed 2 fraudulent transactions with you, did @Barclays say they would stop this money leaving my acc & then still processed these payments the same day? I’m a student & this £600 has completely wiped out my savings! No help from @BarclaysUK customer support!

@Barclays Your team @BarclaysUK were contacted over five hours ago. Abi - Cie - James - Yasmine + have interacted and simply fobbed me off to DM - where absolutely nothing happens. Would appreciate an email address for a formal complaint. Outrageously poor service.

@BarclaysUK Difficult to comprehend just how far standards at Barclays have fallen. Ongoing saga. Finally respond to Dm, two interactions, provided requested info and then nothing. Shockingly poor customer service.
