    Seems like customer service has gone out the window, does no one care any more. Trying to open an account with @Barclays @BarclaysUK and told have to wait months…seriously. Life long customer & ex-member of staff, bring back the good old days!

    @BarclaysUK Hi there, I've had an issue with an international payment made on the 9th of March. After several phonecall it seemed you have gotten to the bottom of the problem. I was expecting a call back on the 24th but I'm still waiting. Can someone please get in touch?

    @neilTheMagpie @BarclaysUK Been with them near on 25yrs, no bother at all .. only issue I have is that their Premier Banking team call every 2 months to try and upsell services ..

    @BarclaysUK I made an application for a student account in December, got an appointment only on 8th Feb & waited till 8th March with no sign of my new bank card in the post?? I call up and they've not registered for my card at all and say it'll take 5 working days. It's been 13.
