  I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.

  After 70 years of banking with @BarclaysUK my elderly mum is moving her banking elsewhere. She’s fed up being in floods of tears trying to make telephone banking work. As a bank you are a disgrace. I don’t believe you are much worse than the other showers of **** but here we are.

  @BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

  Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK
