    @BarclaysUK not really my point, i dont want to/cant call and i dont have the app! i want an email address to sort my issue not to make a complaint although that will clearly follow!

    @the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT

    @Buck3131 @BarclaysUK @firstdirect I need to move myself. My last mortgage was with them and when I came to move they were appalling. I just need to get my business account out of their. Inertia and time is the problem!

    @BarclaysUK I’m trying to get through to your Barclay customer portfolio team and currently in a queue for the past hour and half.. why you do not have an email system is beyond me. I will have to hang up soon to go to work and then can’t try again one day! This is horrendous

    So here I am sitting in a massive queue first thing in the morning with the piss poor @BarclaysUK passing the buck through depts. Giving me time to log every convo to pass on to the @financialombuds. Apparently only this one dept can deal with my issue. Horrendous company!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK any chance of tweeting/messaging an email address to get in touch with you about a complicated Banking issue? Your website is a black hole and most unhelpful and your telephone banking voice service doesnt recognise my issue

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp DO NOT BANK WITH BARCLAYS FOR ANY REASON!! They scammed me whilst repaying a small loan and denied all knowledge and then paid me compensation to cover up and promised to correct my credit file due to THEIR ERROR. 1/2
