Takes far too long to get certificates of balance in the event of the 'real' death of a customer. Verifying Letters of Executorship/Probate is probably a challenge for banks.

And even an insurance broker that called exactly why I was having problems and who with withought me having to say anything. Its becoming common knowlage.

I rang customer services and the lady on the other end of the line said that mobile payments with android phones have been discontinued.
