@GMB My 84 year old mum keeps getting told to go online each time she goes into her local @BarclaysUK to request a new debit card. Older people are treated awful and just ignored. Closing branches and reducing staff has been done in such an awful cold hearted way @GMB

I managed to mix up the pin number on my debit card a few weeks ago. So it was locked. All one has to do is log in to a cash machine. It has taken me two hours to find one! The two local branches of Barclays have been shut down and their machines removed. Thank you @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why is your KYC process for existing corporate accounts so painful ? Today I was called by the KYC team to be told the mandates team hadn’t done their job and I should resolve that. There is no notion of customer service at all.

@JamesJustLives @BarclaysUK Yes Barclays. You have a problem. I made a payment twice last week. Just NEARLY done again. The confirmation screen isn’t coming up and it’s as if the payment hasn’t gone. I did raise this on the app but it was assumed human error. It’s not. It’s your app. It’s glitching!

After a year of stress with @Barclays @BarclaysUK having my contactless phone payments fail everyday with the terrible Barclays contactless feature, pleased to announce I have signed up with @monzo
