@BarclaysUK horrific customer service from your call centre . The first rep hung up on me mid afternoon 40 min on hold, the second one resolved the issue after 35 min, but sent me back to the automation, after I requested to speak to customer service . Please contact me

So the latest update from @BarclaysUK in response to not being able to repair my phone and making me wait 28 days for a replacement, meaning I had to spend £1000 replacing my own phone is to compensate me £20… Twenty ******* pounds for 28 days of no working phone!! 😡😡

Spent hour with @BarclaysUK to block unsolicited £588 payment to @amazon @AmazonUK bank says its blocked, today its out and bank now say have chase scamazon to get it back!! Disgrace

@BarclaysUK blocked my card, it's good that transactions are checked for fraud, but it's not acceptable to block a customers card and then expect you to call them !!!
