@NathalieNahai @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Had similar experiences with Barclays tech support. Had my card cloned and it took me all day to report and sort. They repaid the £1,200 nicked but it was VERY stressful.

@andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).

@19mollymalone84 @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I've just sent you a DM to ask for the email address that you contacted us with. Please provide that and I can get this passed on to our head of Customer Services. Many thanks.

@BarclaysUK - I’ve tried twice today to connect to your video banking. I get to 1st in the queue and then get disconnected. A great sounding service that doesn’t work!

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a premier banking customer. One of the promises of Premier is the ability to speak to a UK based telephone banking team 24 hours. So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!

Just had the most annoying conversation with my bank of 20 years!!! Absolutely appalling @BarclaysUK Know Your Customer??? Wow.

  • Arun71914025 Arun (@Arun71914025) reported

Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.
