    @BarclaysUK And you try and chat to someone - the branches no nothing or are closed down, you don't answer the phone and the chat app has the world's worst chat bot that sends you in circles.

    @BarclaysUK shocking service!wanted to open a Premier AC, went to branch to chk docs,ws told they did not have the time.called ‘premier’ custcare bcoz sdnly 2 PRMR ACs opened-no docs chkd.I askd to resolve,but they said closing is best,thnkd fr saving me frm moving @firstdirect!

    Anyone heard of a bank that thinks it’s ok for a customer to have no access to online + telephone banking for 8 weeks? Lots of meaningless messages from people that can’t help @BarclaysUK And complaint buried. #CustomerService #Barclays #BrandExperience

    Continuing twitting about horrific state of @BarclaysUK card support.On 29 Jun I've got a text message 'you may experience issue when using contactless on your barclayscard.. we'll message again when it's fixed'. Now one month after that, it still doesn't work @BarclaysUKHelp

    @welburnoldfart @BarclaysUK Yo ! - Went there twice last month. One of the most useless helplines in the UK - no bloody help at all. Two subsequent visits to nearest branch were not at all helpful - very negative attitudes. Unfortunately "customer service" in the UK is largely a time-wasting joke. 🤬
