@BarclaysUK Went to King's Lynn branch tried to pay in £100 machine ate money ,eventually someone retrieved it ,told to see a cashier got dumped behind a woman paying in change . I left with the money wasted my entire break. 2nd time in 2 months. No chat working either?

@BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.
