    @BarclaysUK Would like a “certificate of interest paid”, robot doesn’t understand, put on hold forever until a human said it’s wrong department, then put on hold again for another eternity, then wrong department again....has been like this since 10th May. What service?

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK Made a significant complaint back in middle March, still no resolution! Kept demanding money from my father who had passed away,even after informing this continued! No care given to my family. This bank is shocking! Please help!! 😡😡
