My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

They've tried to automate customer service to the most extreme extent, so procedures are insanely rigid and idiot bots have replaced most humans.

Grumpy Bollox (@GrumpyBolloxUK) reported@bt_uk I did speak to them yes. They said my two accounts were linked and I could not have two b/band connections. Stupidly if I cancelled one and then ordered as a new customer they would allow me two b/band lines but I’d have to give up my original number. The end result is the same

Grumpy Bollox (@GrumpyBolloxUK) reported@bt_uk I currently have one phone line and one broadband connections. I wanted to upgrade the phone line to fibre two. You won’t allow it without me cancelling the phone line and then applying as a new customer. Stupid.

We are now another weekend without broadband when we have really needed it and we have no trust in any information that we receive anymore.
