VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk @Pixelated_Otaku Except 'keep connected' is flawed. Last time your service dropped in my neighbourhood you were reluctant to (and didn't) post a mini hub to me because you reckoned the service would be reconnected the next day anyway. At best it's "minimise downtime" not "keep connected".

Thanks to @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk who wasted another two hours of my life tonight unable to tell me why after 8 weeks they still can’t connect my broadband. The exception was Nicola at BT who at least cancelled the charges to date for a service I still don’t have.

@bt_uk what a disappointment you are! Been on the phone for over 2 hrs today, cut off twice with no return call and left with no service. 10 years I’ve been with you and today pretty much was the nail in the coffin. I’ve had awful speeds since 18th Dec, below 4 meg!

Never have I experienced such rude, ignorant, lazy staff. Absolute shambles of a company, during a pandemic when people are being made redundant they are the most unsupportive cold hearted company I’ve came across. AVOID at all costs! @bt_uk You should be ashamed of yourself!

Like @btsport and @SkySports I can reduce my bill by over £60! Your price increase made me quit being lazy and find this out. So, @virginmedia this weekend I will be calling to give my notice for cancelling my contract. A customer for over a decade and have had enough. (Cont.)
