    @RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @bt_uk Ok that has been sent but we have been hear before. What is needed is a case work who will proactively see this through to resolution and make sure it’s dealt with. Some of your incompetencies are potentially life threatening.

    @bt_uk Hey, you charged me for an extra router by mistake as we never ordered or received one. You said on 24/12/21 that your mistake was resolved. I've been sat here waiting for you to turn our WiFi back on like you said you would at 8am. I work from home c"mon!

    @bt_uk Yes but I’m not signing into Norton and have removed Password Manager which caused problem in Firefox

    @bt_uk After years with BT they refused to let me pay the same price as a new customer 😞 Forced to move to Virgin Media.

    @bt_uk Well I've tried to get help from EE with the ongoing none G mobile coverage while at work because of an EE fault, but surprisingly because I'm not a EE customer they can't help. They said I needed to take this up with yourselves, but we've already been to that Rodeo

    @bt_uk Hi! Day 4 of no internet - we had 2 people come over in the morning and said they couldn’t fix it and that another engineer would come later in the day. No one came.
