theBLUESTONE ( bluey ) (@blueybarsteward) reported from Immingham, EnglandVAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported@bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and it’s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

shullup it worked out (@ClarkeDdmthe1st) reported@bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic
-
Justine (@bean0509) reportedCustomer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

boomshanka🏴 (@boomshanka2u) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk shocking customer service by you, my elderly in-laws should have had new fibre installed on 24th July. Still waiting!!!!!

Sue Alexander (@EphemeralArc) reported@bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

Karla (@SaffyBun) reported@bt_uk Thank you. I'd done this, but everything says to call. I am not deaf, so cannot use that facility. Why can't we cancel things from our app? Shouldn't need to ring anyone, it should all be manageable from the app. Please give me an email to help with this matter.
