VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@adjury @virginmedia I wouldn’t stay with them if they paid me! Worst ever experience with them. If there is an award for worst customer service they would win it hands down! Going back to @bt_uk as at least you can talk to their team!

@bt_uk hi BB fault. no engineer showed up. rang to ask why & told fault in my area with no resolution time. No fault showing when I put in my phone number. Now received email telling me my BB is up and running (it isn't) and that my fault has been closed.Poor

@bt_uk I have obviously tried every window of the house, but no luck. You need too find a better solution. I also need an update on the progress with problem resolution.

@bt_uk My issue is that this specific HUB problem is well known to BT and I was sent an engineer to sort it out. They sent the wrong sort of engineer who couldn’t. And as it WASN’T a problem with Apple then BT should have sorted it.

@bt_uk Anyone else having to wait an hour before their phone call to @bt_uk tech answers the phone? My unbreakable broadband broke then I wait well over a week for the engineer, who then doesn’t turn up. A further 1 hour call hoping to find out why. Nobody knows why…. WTF???
