@RobboGTFC @SkySports @btsport @premierleague Not just football - everything box office, and some of it crap. But people pay it. Only way to change is not pay and cancel.

VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk Went to track it as usual bt just likes to lie by the looks, we got messaged by a bot saying there was an issue in our area, checked your tracked "No issues in your area"

  • cumpstonarchive ✨Glenys Marriott 💙✨ (@cumpstonarchive) reported

@CarolynOtley @bt_uk I agree Carolyn, the first time I’d heard about this. Our reception is so poor we can only use mobile phone via broadband 😡

  • RobCurling Rob Curling (@RobCurling) reported

Dear @bt_uk We’re about to enter our second week of no landline/internet affecting a number of extremely vulnerable residents in our village who are ‘priority cases’, and with limited mobile phone signal or access. Cd you pls DM me to try and get this resolved.

  • CarolynOtley Carolyn Otley (@CarolynOtley) reported

@jamclarkey @cumpstonarchive @bt_uk I think the issue here is a lack of rural proofing. Yes, on average most power cuts are short. But when you live in a remote area, they tend to last much longer, you’re far less likely to have a mobile phone signal, and you’re far less likely to be able to drive to safety. 1/2

  • BrechinYes2 YES Brechin (@BrechinYes2) reported

@bt_uk Turn it down 2 degrees, wear a woolly jumper and you'll save twice as much again. Woolly Jumpers. Means Scottish sheep farmers would get some return for the fleeces. Good for Scotland. Try one sometime. DavieS.

  • TheNerdometer Nerdometer (@TheNerdometer) reported

@bt_uk Are any of you going to actually help or just sit doing nothing? What sort of customer service is this?

  • NigelG1966 Nigel Greenaway (@NigelG1966) reported

@bt_uk is there an internet issue in PL13 1 as we have orange light on our hub, but still have dialling tone

  • CarolynOtley Carolyn Otley (@CarolynOtley) reported

@cumpstonarchive @bt_uk However, practically, it’s worth people knowing it’s worth trying a 999 call from their mobile even if they don’t think they have a signal/phone isn’t showing a network. 999 calls will go through on any available network, not just yours, but not everyone realises this, (2/2)

@LickyJimmy @btsportufc @btsport The worst thing is that now we've come on here to bring it to their attention, its impossible to do that without seeing the results of the fights 🙄

  • LoeskeKruuk Loeske Kruuk (@LoeskeKruuk) reported

@bt_uk: my elderly parents in remote Aberdeenshire have been without phone/internet for >2 weeks since Storm Arwen, broken line. They've had 3 appts for repair, but each time no-one showed up. They're mid 80s, with health conditions. Why isn't this being prioritised ??! @Ofcom
