theBLUESTONE ( bluey ) (@blueybarsteward) reported from Immingham, EnglandVAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk Having a really poor experience with the switch to Digital Voice. Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. A thread 1/2

Kate (@ManiacSpaniel) reported@bt_uk hi my btinternet address has stopped working. I can’t get into it. It told me to call 0800800150 but I don’t have a BT number so I can’t get through the menus. How can I fix this?
-
R B (@RLBD1920) reported@bt_uk I commute earlier and later than that. If the website just worked then I wouldn’t have this issue
-
Kelly (@holby_fan) reportedI need to cancel my fibre order. It hasn't arrived yet but I haven't seeked permission from the council @bt_uk

nicolas mcmillan (@herbie963) reported@bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.
-
Mat Oliver (@CrackedRearView) reported@VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
Jess Sanderson (@VSKisser) reported@bt_uk you broke the internet end of Feb! Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Sort my internet out!
