VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk while I’m now the account holder we have had issues with our home internet. I teach classes from home and this service is not good enough. Already had an engineer come out and just replaced the hub, yet that has done nothing.

I have had no update, no contact to tell me when the revised install will take place and have been on the phone to the service team for 90 mins to complain 3 days ago with no update. @bt_uk this is unbelievably poor service and please advise?

@bt_uk I made a complaint that evening after 90 mins on the phone to find out what was happening to no avail and still no response. Complaint number was VOL013-541933039342

The experience with @btbusinesscare has been awful. Speaking to people in sales is easy trying to talk to someone in customer support is a nightmare. After 6 weeks waiting I have cancelled my order to go with @XLNBusiness
