VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

@bt_uk This number is for faults. I just get sent a text. I’ve tried 0800800150 again and again and it just says ‘busy..call again later’. My elderly mother’s landline phone is now not working, she has no idea what to do with the handset she’s been sent and she is very distressed!!

@bt_uk @BTGroup We’ve waited all morning for the BT appointment, as anticipated it’s a NO SHOW, hardly surprising given that BT internal communication is as poor as BT customer service.

@bt_uk Yes, that's where I ended up after logging into my bt account and a bit of digging, and providing my landline number. A simple page of ongoing problems in regions could have provided some reassurance that the problem was identified and being looked into.

@bt_uk why do have to wait 2 weeks for an engineers visit to sort out a fault??? What kind of service are you running, if you need more staff get them!

@bt_uk I don't know where I stand at all at the moment. I got an Email yesterday saying I need to renew my contract. I have already done it, and have emails confirming it. Spent 45 minutes trying to message, to query it, gave up. Awful service.

@bt_uk My broadband has been ineffective for days and you have the audacity to put my bill up without telling me. Get it sorted out or I will find another provider. Seriously annoyed customer.
