I cancelled my BT one for being charged for something I’ve never used/asked for. that complaint was closed with no contact just a generic email. I reopened the complaint, still waiting for contact. Not impressed

Clearly says a change in circumstances voids any contract yet moving home BT seem to think holds me to contract. Unfortunately not

🇬🇩 Elle-Ay 💕 (@Ms_Cherry_B) reported@bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!

Jordan Louise (@JLx7) reported@bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…
