    VAR..today it’s been used. Up to you what you think about the decision. My problem with this is.. stockley park is supposed to be isolated and in touch with the officials only. So why is Btsport officially announcing during the game that the officials admitted they got it wrong.

    @knowles_ali @bt_uk The BT site says the outage occurred at 11am last Thursday (a complete lie - we all lost service about 15:30 last Wednesday) and that it will be restored this Thursday at 10:59am. Are they going to ***** bunting and have an open-top bus parade to celebrate the event?

    @LazyCraigy @bt_uk @webs Tried a few tricks like writing down the web URL "I can't type with just one hand" , asking about the BT supplied anti-virus software & hinting I was using a Macintosh (you could hear their contempt for my apparent lack of technical skill). The #scammers rang off after 15 minutes

    @spyblog @bt_uk @webs i love those guys. i always earnestly say i am following their instructions to allow access to my computer to fix the fault. minutes pass and they eventually lose their heads. that's 10 minutes they aren;t scamming someone else.

    @bt_uk I’m on hold to cancel. It’s been 15 mins so far. I called as a new customer earlier today and got through in 1 min. Queues to cancel are 15x longer than new customer - says a lot?

    @bt_uk Took 3 advisors, 2 offshore and 1 onshore and over an hour and a half before Andrew admitted they’d been overcharged by £70 and cancellations from last month not processed correctly. How do people like my parents manage if they don’t have someone to help them who won’t give in?

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥
