@EverythingBoxi2 @btsport @BTSportBoxing I know how it works I’m not stupid. The point I’m making is after his performance in the fight. Why does he deserve it and nobody wants to see it.

Pam (@Winemonday) reported from Richmond, England
@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

Ciara O' Neill (@PennyLane_Xx) reported
@bt_uk What does that even mean? The main factor is crap wifi which is what bt provide for a high price. I'm cancelling my contract.

Nicola D (@ndifrancesco) reported
@bt_uk Literally had an engineer here for hours trying to sort it so there's no point. We were told by customer services to get a dongle. Unless you can speed the process up and get the order and installation quicker?

CHRIS ALAN HUTCHINSON (@CHRISALANHUTCH1) reported
@bt_uk Just checked my speed test on your website. There is a known fault in my area but the estimated fix was 8th of June and still showing as a known fault?

MrBruceMan (@MrBruceMan1) reported
@bt_uk Faults are expected but for them to last days and in some cases weeks its just not acceptable to be charging the full months price. I can see a lot of people have similar issues just from twitter alone.

@bt_uk how can an upgrade go so wrong? Twice agreed to sent hub to my work. 1st not sent at all. 2nd sent to address I explained I wouldn’t be at. Changed the price then backed down and now sending a bag to the address I’m not at to send equipment back that I didn’t ask for.

@bt_uk There is an issue with the connection outside my house. My biggest issue is that no one bothered to tell me, I was still getting emails and texts telling me someone was coming today, and I find it ridiculous that no one can sort the issue until mid September (1/2)
