Hi @bt_uk I am trying to amend my new package before my 14 day cooling period passes and I am billed, but as usual I can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I was supposed to receive a call from one of your customer agents, Andy, on 1st Dec but that didn’t happen. Please advise

@richardt84 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp We've had the same issue. Twice we called the call centre and set up for broadband in our new home and both times the order is "lost" even though they can find it in their systems.... Three weeks this has been going on now.

@btbusinesscare hi BT you are causing additional damage to a small independent hospitality business by not resolving problems with our system. We rely on wifi for payments, service and ordering. None of it working properly because BT has not dealt with it correctly.
