@btbusinesscare Personal. Already had to cancel one order, now being told the only way to avoid disruption to mother in laws service is to cancel our order! At no point have we ever notified you to do anything to her service, only ours. And now told to cancel the order to avoid disruption.

@bt_uk I hope there's a good explanation for why you've pushed my resolution date back. This is the SEVENTH time you've changed it. Two weeks back this time. STILL no communication to me. STILL no explanation. Two and a half months. This is absolutely disgraceful. #stilloffline

Hello @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach how can it take 3 weeks , to not resolve a broadband dropping issue in a Manchester property. Our broadband is off.. and seemingly no-one know why.

@TheSolarShed @btbusinesscare Kevin, give the twitter team a chance to help you, I was at the end of my tether back in July following a business move, the twitter team were the only people worth speaking to and they sorted it after 8 wks of incompetence from the phone & online chat staff.

@bt_uk @BTGroup Exterior work I was advised would be completed within 48hr has not happened. I am now on my 5th installation date. My complaint was also ignored. You a disgrace of an organisation.

@bt_uk Interesting price increase, understand the CPI+3.9%, but if you paid the line rental in advance and they give u a discount to keep u as a customer the increase is added to the whole cost (£30.99) not what you pay every month (£5.00). What a rip off company. Bye bye BT.

@bt_uk No thanks. I'll never sign up to a new broadband contract with bt again. The above inflation rise is beyond defence.

@bt_uk @artsmithdrums Ah yes, a 14.4% increase in one year is very reasonable and will definitely yield a commensurate increase in service, won't it ClaireC. Mine has gone up by £20 a month btw, what a joke.

@bt_uk If the appointment didn’t go through, it might be polite to let the customer know. Some of us have to go to work, not sit at home pretending.
