Get your act together @bt_uk . Communications fail re Digital Voice switch over. Customers left without new phones. Glitch means orders not being processed.

@bt_uk Not a problem, the advisor spent some time looking through to see if she could find anything helpful, she was great! Unfortunately the best she had for the Halo 3+ was about £50, sadly a lot more than the £38 the letter was offering it for, and more than we can afford 😭

@bt_uk nah, I don't agree on your validation process when based on your own internal error and you had my name recorded wrongly on whatever internal system (+ invoice) when right on my account. It is a matter of quality control process and this is an instance of a rather poor one.

No problem with @bt_uk for years, but unable to renew my contract since 14 Dec. Phone call after phone call promised but never materialise. Shocking level of customer service. @BTCare @MartinSLewis

@bt_uk You have to be *************** now!! Just got a text saying you'll fix it on the 8th of Feb by midnight, but you'll do it faster if you can!! What in the actual **** are you doing?? It's been down 6 days already and now you recon another 5!! Worst service ever!

@bt_uk Hi I was on the phone for a total of 30 mins, I obviously knew about the outage. I'd asked why the hub had changed from amber to purple. I spent 12 of the 39 minutes on hold. To be hung up on. Which is what happened earlier in the week. The BT app still says we r 6 days 2fix
