    @bt_uk after messing up my upgrade as a house move, you’ve left me without internet for 3 weeks. Your dongle is garbage, cuts out every 20 minutes and for whatever reason, you can’t turn my internet back on. Used all data on two phones. Your service is an absolute joke.

    @bt_uk broadband is a ****** service! Can’t even open a website while watching a simple YouTube video £150 a quarter for this service I’d be better just burning the money it would be more satisfying

    @bt_uk The average person would assume that with BT being a very large @now customer (if not the largest), that you would have enough market power to persuade Now TV to keep these channels active for customers still in contract.

    @btbusinesscare Hello, it’s now a week without either landline and your engineer (definitely coming between 8 and 1) simply hasn’t shown up. Do we go to @Ofcom or simply cancel the contract as you seem incapable of providing a service?

    @bt_uk Hi StephB It's shocking that she was told to have a contact today and she is still sitting in her bedroom waiting for a call as her mobile had a poor signal there as well. How can BT do this with elder and vulnerable lady? This is just getting worse.

    @bt_uk Yeah but why did I get a 14 day code but it says to renew on 1st? Also do I have to use a new code every 14 days when you could just login to my account and do it automatically no doubt.
