@eurosport I’ve had Eurosport added to my BT package. Fantastic, I can watch World Superbikes! Lots of highlights programmes recorded but editing is rubbish. Cut out many laps, big change in first three places but you don’t show what happened 🙁#WorldSuperbikes #BadEdit #BTSport

@bt_uk Thanks Scott, this is the 3rd engineer, 4th if you count the one that came for our neighbour. I hope you can understand that this doesn’t fill me with confidence unless they are coming with everything they need to replace the broken cable on the road identified by 1st engineer

@bt_uk Thanks Joe. I have replied privately. Hopefully something can be fixed as have spent hours on the phone this week and spoken to multiple people and still have no answer to when it will be fixed. Broken after half a day of installation!

@bt_uk @skytv @BTSopenreach after being told full fibre broadband was available in our new home it’s now been 3 months waiting for installation. Existing copper wire broadband has been deactivated (so we’re told) so we have no internet at all. Awful service!
