    @bt_uk That would be easy Lisa if I had an account with you!!!! I closed the account years ago but it seems it was never closed correctly by BT, leaving a negative footprint on my credit score. I have DM BT lets hope i can get somewhere this time!! #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk your smiling faces photo advert fit Home move is a complete sham. Your call centre ppl have said we would be connected on the 22/1 and today. We have not been. There was an existing BT line here last weekend. Abject failure and lies. Broken promises. #BThomemove
