    @bt_uk I’ve just called customer service and they said I can’t get sky channels (now tv) through the TV guide anymore but have to go through the now tv app…why? It makes it harder. I might as well not have bt tv!

    @bt_uk Your tests say nothing wrong but internet suddenly gone down the toilet this afternoon. Speed tests showing 9mb. Reset hub and everything and no improvement. Is there a fault in s43?

    @bt_uk Aled, as someone who had always been a staunch supporter of BT I could not wait for the contract to end. The BB speed was nowhere near what was promised, alleged upgrade to fibre made no difference. Never ever again with BT!!!
