Hi @btbusinesscare. I was wrongly signed up to a business account in December, complaint was deemed "resolved". I am receiving debt collection letters. This is genuinely really distressing. Please help.

@bt_uk But for some reason there's not even full fttp available when everyone else is being upgraded were available 😒 so wrong considering cityfibre can give 900mb up 900mb down for £30 yet the cheapest openreach based lines are £40 + even virginal doing packages around £45 now Inc tv

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach keep cancelling the contract and your advisers cannot resolve the issue and will not resolve our complaint. Dire customer service. We are now escalating.

@bt_uk Never mind, I found it myself eventually. It was a bit of a struggle explaining things to them but eventually they promised to send someone out within 48 hours. 48 minutes later it was gone!

@bt_uk It was placed today. I have the order details in my email I can send via DM if you message me. Outside of that, I’ve already been informed that I have to wait until this goes to openreach before I can do anything. Awful process!

@bt_uk Ive just spoken to Wayne at BT customer services. Frankly im disgusted. He didnt listen, he talked over me, he showed zero empathy. Im fuming that people like Wayne are being allowed to act in this manner. He even suggested i move back to Sky. Probably good advice tbf.

@bt_uk I have 4 complaints. Why am I still waiting for broadband line after 6mths? Why did your agent cancel my hybrid-connect (HC) when knew I WFH? Why can I no longer get the HC? When two agents arranged a call back to resolve why did neither call, leaving me without internet.
