@bt_uk cam anyone help me get a code for a ps5 purchase please. Been bt customer for years but have nowhere on my page that says get offers or deals. The only ones that come up is xbox and tvs and fitbits but btshop has stock but needs a code. Thanks

@bt_uk Ok, I've sent another DM. I simply want the service moved to new address and cancelled at old address - It's all working at the new address therefore nothing should be cancelled here

@bt_uk I did but was amazed I got charged to fix BT’s problem. Also I think people should know you guarantee is only to the house not throughout as its measured to the router. So in order to fix my own Wi-fi BT charged me £130 to move a box to fix the initial BT bad installation.
