@bt_uk I want to pay either BT sports or sky £14.99 to watch a sports box office event but both BT are saying sky needs to sort it out and sky are saying that BT needs to sort it out and none of them want to do anything to help me out

@bt_uk I've asked for a temporary hub from you to cover the outage but you say I'm not on the right tarriff. I'm paying for a service that you are not providing for the second time since getting it. So far I've been without service for at total of 2 months of the 14 months I've had BT

@bt_uk Oh and I won't receive compensation because it's not all day every day. Just many hours every day. But it COMES BACK. Not enough to consistently use. But enough to satisfy BT that they won't actually have to stop charging us for the privilege of awful service.

@bt_uk please help! I have received a few letters purporting to be from you re: debt on a BT business a/c...however I've never had one and moreover letters not addressed to an individual. Thought this a scam but now getting debt collection letters...very distressing!
