    @bt_uk because you cut off our internet and have the most appalling processes and systems, it looks like we may never get our internet back at our property before we move. Two people rely on this connection to work. We have a young family. You have made a difficult Christmas much worse

    @bt_uk Please STOP dishonest advertising for “reliable BT broadband”- it’s ****. We can’t use Netflix, Alexa, home security systems etc because the broadband connections drops out all the time. It’s NOT the router, the home WiFi, it your crap network.

    @bt_uk Hi Sian, I have DM’d. Nobody is looking after this, no digital voice and the old copper line is off so BT are not providing any phone service, despite a promised activation on 24th after your earlier blunder

    @bt_uk one fault after another. Yesterday phone line reported and fixed..today broken again. No getting through to support. Great when we have family trying to get in touch

    .@bt_uk Guys it's Boxing day, you've been ringing my home phone since 07.30 leaving god awful messages about my BT email address not being used. It hasn't been used for years because I am no longer a customer, remember? Now pack it in...😡
