    @bt_uk My BT broadband was down from last Wednesday until about 4pm yesterday. Now that it is working again i looked about messaging them to complain and ask how they will compensate me. Has anyone had any success or a helpful answer from a stupid bot. Me thinks its switch time

    @bt_uk I have had possibly the worst internet from you over the past 4 years! I pay for 950mb and barely get 130mbps on a good day. Fobbed off every time I speak to customer service. Never again

    @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

    @bt_uk There’s no broadband in TR7 and you’ve turned off chat support, phone support and SMS support (that’s all support and contact options) for the next 12 hours.

    @bt_uk As yet again the email service is faulty and not available for some time isn't it about time a rebate was given to your customers for not being provided with the service they pay for?

    @bt_uk thanks for the great service. Almost two months on, still no fibre connection and now you have cancelled my contract right in the middle of our daughter's GCSE exams revision. Well done everybody. Come on #BT get cracking
