@bt_uk Hi Aled, The 12month free Subscription service that came with the upgrade is wrong and potentially will also now charge me due to an error with the system.

@bt_uk So having read this, I will ask again! So now I am on digital voice via my BT hub instead of the ONT why do I need the battery backup system inside the ONT as I will no longer benefit from the fact the the ONT is still alive that upto now I could make calls during a blackout??

@jessphillips If you switched it on and off, switch it back on! Our work internet was down for 3 weeks due to a @bt_uk problem, so you have my every sympathy

4th attempt. Appointment cancelled without informing me again.... Waiting in for @bt_uk to install Internet in new home. 4th day, no engineer. No communication from engineer. So poor. How can a communications firms offer no communication at all? Totally shite.

@Bibyeck @ChampionsLeague @btsport Technically it’s offside, but we need to change this stupid rule to feet only, no arm ,no head, unless the goal was a header. In fact should be amended to “any of attackers feet is behind the defenders closest foot to goal”
