@bt_uk why does your "report a scam" call page required an answer about software the scammer used to connect, when you've already answered that they didn't. Same happens with the "did they take money" question. You say no, but are forced to fill in the "how" question. Poor ux.

@TeleFootball Firstly no one has ever raved about a ‘great game’ of cricket in a pub. Ever. Its impossible. It wasn’t BTsport’s job to give a live commentary of events outside the stadium, it was to talk about the game. Cancel your sub, fine. But whining about it for me me attention, behave!

@bt_uk well that sucks now... i was gonna order a tablet with bt.. but as you no longer do phones or tablets yourself ..i cant...as i wont pass the credit check with ee... so your more than likely gonna lose customers now

@bt_uk Oh how stupid of us not to have a fault on a day BT correct their faults. I now cannot work as I have no internet or phoneline. Thanks to your all singing and dancing digital phone line!😱

Just completed a questionnaire from @NowTV. Let me say: ads really bad; price ridiculous; no catch up on sport laughable; no watch from start; boost annoying. Will never, ever subscribe again. Years behind @btsport and £20 too expensive.

@bt_uk My broadband has been steady for the last few years with BT but over the last four months it is consistently cutting out, flashing various colours and causing many interruptions to my working day. The BT Diagnostics bot has found an issue but yet to provide an update.
