  @bt_uk can you please let me know how to proceed? I have a phone line with you through sky. I have had no internet since 6.30. Contacted sky and no issue their end. They’ve said it must be a bt outage but I can’t find any information anywhere. I need the internet for work asap.

  @neil_albiston @bt_uk Think the timing of the strikes and the problems we’ve had seem to have coincided. Would not have had a clue if they had any strikes in the previous 37 years.

  @bt_uk I have tried repeatedly and at great length. Since it was months ago that I sent the thing back, no I don't have proof of postage. What do you think I did with it, swapped it for a leg of lamb down the pub?

  @btsport Everyone sayIng BT should be back covering Scottish football should be having second thoughts . In the studio for the draw an English presenter and 3 English pundits . At least Boyd isn't on but piss poor from BT and severely weakens their case to cover our game
