    @bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.

    @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.

    @bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?

    @btbusinesscare What is going on with my bt account?No Internet connection from 10pm last night,unable to even use 4 or 5g, can log into account to even see if theres a problem as it wants me to use a different email for a username,only have one email which the account is under?!

    @bt_uk I already tried that. It continues to say that fault is on BT's side. Please fix this.

    I have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk
