    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    @bt_uk I'm unable to manage my account online due to the recent changes you've made with MFA and needing a uk mobile phone. How do I check on my billing, how do I know what my bill is, and how do I pay it. Tried multiple times calling customer service and nobody has a solution??

    @bt_uk I did that last Monday. 5 days of a complaint and still nothing . Everything seems sub contacted and nobody takes ownership.

    @bt_uk don’t want you to close account! can’t login to web as your procedures require a billing account number and I haven’t had but account for some years

    @Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

    Moved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.

    @bt_uk your home hub for us went down at 10pm still down, down detector shows an outage yet literally no communication All the support pages are also saying down for maintenance, what is going on
