    @bt_uk This happens to me every day, up to 20 times. My provider? BT. The only reason I stick with BT is for the rugby. And I love rugby, to the point of staying with a service that is sub-standard.

    @bt_uk My mum did that and apparently the landline issue isn't to be dealt with until 17 march! In the meantime broadband back on.
