@RSdriver00 @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Hate to say it, I had a helpful human for my 25 days of no internet. But sadly they were unable to get much out of Openreach who actually maintain the network. Waiting for the local village fibre rollout to reach us very soon.

@bt_uk so I cancelled my BT package agreed the cost of the final bill. Yet BT haven't cancelled and charged me more. Chat services not helpful at all. What shocking service.

@btsport it usually takes 3 or 4 attempts to log in to your abysmal phone app before it recognises I have an account. Tonight it's been 18 minutes and it still is not working. When will you fix your app?

@shutupmoveon @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk That's a very urban-focussed solution. I live on the outskirts of Bristol & e don't get signal indoors & only 4g outside. Its even worse further into the surrounding countryside. There are lots of people for whom the 1G cable is the fastest service.

So it's looking like another week of no streams as @bt_uk engineers weren't able to fix the fault today. Apparently it's a "technical and complex" issue. I have a lot of sympathy for the engineers, some issues just take ages to fix because either the cause is not clear or it's a

@harrym_vids @Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Speak to customer services again, ask for a 5G router as a fix. Assuming you are in a reception area this should work and is a commitment from BT.
