    @bt_uk Our neighbour cancelled their BT broadband two weeks ago on moving but BT cut off our line instead. Three global eco businesses operating from here. BT acknowledged its their fault. But refused to expedite reconnection date - now 26th. Totally unacceptable. Help!!

    @thegeefunk @bt_uk They basically try to charge us extra to get priority when things go wrong even though they should do that anyway when we are paying them for any service

    @bt_uk Thanks for your help this evening. I can’t hide my disappointment and frustration at wanting to upgrade, however there is some disconnection and break in the new world of communication over data. Email and social media. Yet I must now call to do anything.

    @bt_uk Internet still not working after being told to wait until midnight last night. What was the point in upgrading to fibre? Are BT having a laugh at my expense?

    @bt_uk I’m getting SO many cold calls on the landline recently, especially first thing in the morning. How do I log it/make it stop? 😭 It’s that much of a nuisance I want to cancel it but need it for work…

    @bt_uk He didn’t ‘bad mouth’ BT. He simply clarified what I knew - that the cease & reprovide *had not been done*, that the fault should not have been closed, and that he was going to help. You are the one needing managerial oversight for misrepresenting what everyone can see you wrote.

    @bt_uk I am having problems with my hub, it’s turned to flashing purple, I have checked all the cables and did a reset, still not working I am also with Virgin mobile so can’t text the number as it won’t deliver
