    Massive blessing not having BTSport and missing the last couple of Ashes series down under. Whenever I've made time to listen on the wireless we've just completely capitulated. Probably as bad as I can ever remember.

    @bt_uk You shouldn’t have telephoned.We were dealing with this over message as I had asked & you rang me. Why, when I said I didn’t want to speak over the phone. We could have sorted over message but no you rang me instead. Add that to the complaint. You’ve really upset me. D

    @btsport your web log in is not working. IT hasnt worked all day for what is probably the best day of this ashes series to watch - and no response from any attempts to contact. Disgrace. Sub cancelled, WHEN I CAN ******* LOG IN.

    @bt_uk I’m unable to connect to my btinternet account. Can you confirm what the problem is and when it is likely to be fixed? Looking at the @btcomplainer account this seems to be a widespread problem so I’m surprised there is no mention about this on your @twitter account?
