@kerrylynnepyke @bt_uk Talk to @ThatsASecretLOL. After nearly 5 months of runaround, a very blunt email to Chairman of BT, Chairman of Openreach and respective heads of customer service we got fibre installed next day.

@bt_uk the irony is I upgraded to Halo2 first week of January and was promised an engineer who didn’t arrive, again 2nd date given no show, 3rd date cancelled but not informed but when called told no OpenReach working - Covid!! But turned up and resolved the issues I didn’t have.

@virginmedia now it’s 6pm and I’ve heard nothing. A complete waste of my afternoon. It has now been 5 hours of my time wasted on this. You’re really not giving me much hope. I’m sure @bt_uk wouldn’t dream of such appalling customer service

@MackaysHotel @bt_uk If it's any consolation, I just had a chat with Comet's CustServ to ask if a particular stereo had a headphone jack. Person 1 didn't know, passed me to their "expert", to whom I had to explain that "Aux In" can NOT output signal (which was his answer) so that wouldn't work.

.@bt_uk you wait for an hour for someone to answer your call, then they say they can’t help and cut you off, need to get another provider who can do what they sell you
