@bt_uk @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp why was an account offered if a few days after the services was activated U now have to dig up the road Its suspicious this happend not long after getting a notice of fibre coming 2 the area the BB goes down And the resolution date keeps extending

@dpgc1 @bt_uk (bt employee on sabbatical so I know my onions) is the problem that you're address doesn't show up when trying to order broadband? Or that you can't get fibre broadband when you think you should be able to?

@bt_uk It was your fault it's broken in the first place and you think it's okay to just leave us without connection this long? Not to mention you said it would be fixed Wednesday and now it won't be, so you lied to us? And the 4 other people on this street? Just fix the pole!
