    @bt_uk your customer service is disgusting. You have mis-sold my elderly mother in law and now are totally useless in helping her solve the problems that have come as a result. Disgraceful.

    @bt_uk Details sent Colleen. Service from BT has been the worst I have ever experienced. Day 4 of no broadband which one of your team negligently cut off ... no landline number since 28 October. Complaint raised with BT and Ofcom. @MarcAllera

    @bt_uk So what BT are saying is that they supply **** WiFi around the house. You pay an extra tenner a month for extended WiFi and if that fails they'll give you a partial refund. That is total shite. We dumped BT because poor WiFi in a small bungalow.

    @bt_uk I’ve had technicians to the house on multiple occasions aswell as monitoring of our service that have all told us there is no issue. Yet my internet still disconnects 4/5 times a day and has done for months. I appreciate the customer service from you but I have given up with BT.

    @bt_uk The automated/remote diagnostic had highlighted a slow broadband connection. We can’t correct that to say NO Internet connection - although not sure that would make a difference to response time.
