@bt_uk Can you let me know why my complaint re delayed order, made on Saturday am, hasn’t even been looked at for 2 days?Had no contact from you & no updates online since then.Could you ask someone to review it urgently please? I need to know if I need to stop VM cutting us off!

  • mc_hankins Matthew Hankins (@mc_hankins) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Brian. I can log into MyBT but it won't link my account. I can't log in to the app: it just says try again later. Your card payment system won't process payments because it never issues the payment request. Two hours of calls over a month and it's still not fixed.

  • GuiniBZH GuiniBZH (@GuiniBZH) reported

Unbelievable that @O2 thinks it's ok to increase price by 13 % when the service is so bad. No reception in central Bristol. I have to be on WiFi as soon as I can or I can't do anything with my phone... I miss you @bt_uk can I come back?

  • kevincookdevon Kevin Cook (@kevincookdevon) reported

  • andyweller66 Andy Weller (@andyweller66) reported

@bt_uk what an absolute joke BT are. Ongoing problems since November, promised repairs, promised engineers, promised appointments and guess what….. NOTHING. Today is the third time I have taken time off work for a BT appointment and no one shows up. 😡😡😡

  • yan0_CS Ryan Nash (@yan0_CS) reported

@shanerhyssmith @bt_uk Had the same issue myself with BT. I could never fix it either

  • kevincookdevon Kevin Cook (@kevincookdevon) reported

@bt_uk Another engineer turned up today trying to sort my fault that makes 12 now in under 12 months STILL couldn't fix the fault tried blaming the wifi box strange as its brand new another one is coming friday maybe 13 will be my lucky number

  • MRBikeX Mike (@MRBikeX) reported

@bt_uk You are absolute savages. Increasing prices by over 14% in this climate is a terrible way to treat your customers. You should be ashamed.

  • Delboy_Gill Andrew Gill (@Delboy_Gill) reported

@bt_uk Please can someone contact me regarding my mother's ongoing landline/broadband issue. She is 86 and vulnerable and the combined forces of BT, Openreach, and NOW TV have been unable to prevent her from being without service since 26/1/23.

  • 8gzd8k76nM Paul (@8gzd8k76nM) reported

@ShaVerZ_ @SkyUK @bt_uk Sky don’t fix line faults, Openreach do as its their network. When you moved from Sky to BT you stay on the same line you just pay a different provider for the same broadband. I’m not surprised its never gone down because the fault was resolved? ********
