    @bt_uk appalling customer service this evening. Been on call for 54 minutes and counting. Cancelled services before Xmas. Still being charged and receiving emails about active account. Tried to sort over the phone. Operative put me on hold half an hour ago. Answers?!

    @skipptg @bt_uk When we transferred to sky they advised we cancel the direct debit to BT once the first bill was issued by them. All has been well since that day.

    @bt_uk New Broadband customer and no connection. Been advised that we will be updated next Monday, that will be our 8th day with you. Making WFH a real struggle.

    @bt_uk A contract that prevents us from leaving you, but doesn’t guarantee pricing stability? So basically it’s a hostage contract that gives the consumer 0 rights while protecting the monopoly conglomerate ? Why should I have a contract at all then? @OFTgov is this right?

    @bt_uk = order shambles!?! I only wanted to get back on contract with the same service. 2 weeks and 9 orders later it’s still a ****-up. Literally no words to describe!!!!

    @jamclarkey But @jamclarkey there is no good deal for a service that simply doesn’t work. They promised me the cancellations team. I used to work for @bt_uk years ago and we had to deliver a good service. They don’t seem to have that ethos anymore.

    So @bt_uk are planning on rising prices and get they cannot give us a consistent service? Can’t wait to leave in July.

    He then transferred me back to faults to someone who also promised early termination of the contract. He put me on hold to get through to the correct team and then cut me off after five minute. @bt_uk this is disgusting. I want this contract cancelled but no one will help.
