Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!

When people lose someone they love, they need support not to be told their next of kin need to sign up to a 2yr contract to reduce the monthly bills. Utterly disgraceful. Cannot wait to cancel your services and NEVER use you again. You should be ashamed.
