    @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

    @bt_uk My mother is 93 years old and landline is her only means of communication and it is not working . How can I arrange for this to be addressed ?

    @btbusinesscare 2/2 Phoned you on 0800800156, held on, connected after 16 minutes. Told him the problem, no reply then line went dead. What else can I do ?

    @bt_uk I have but I am still trying to find out what the actual incident is and why it was down 5 hours yesterday and over 5 hours today

    @bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!

    @bt_uk can't get in touch with anybody about an Openreach issue. I keep getting text messages saying they are going to cancel our broadband engineer. Looks like a glitch in the system.

    @bt_uk the hub is on orange. Can't report the fault as page not working
