    @bt_uk not happy with the refer a friend . Referred my daughter back in October she’s paid 2 bills and we still haven’t had our Amazon vouchers despite 5 phone calls and a complaint which I was told I’d hear back in 5 days . Still nothing 😡

    What I want to know is who will reimburse me for the service I’m paying for while not being able to use it & who’s paying for the extra data I’m having to pay for in order to do my actual work which pays for my home & food? @TalkTalk @bt_uk (3/3)

    @bt_uk We have been down without internet the past two weeks. Customer service has been poor. At a time where we are supposed to be working from home to protect the public and with children going through exams, @bt_uk are yet to sort out our internet issue.

    @bt_uk @BTCare not happy with your service this morning only rang to query my package and you’ve added another 12 months onto my contract without my say so. I hope ur going to revert back to my old contract which you say you will, still no email though?!

    @bt_uk Thats not what your website says. It says because the network isn’t ready. Openreach are doing final checks and network is ready. Not good enough and making me consider my cooling off period.
