    @Macool__ @bt_uk Yh that is exactly what was happening to me. Yh I use a disk with the Ethernet into my pc. Bt will tell you to plug your Ethernet straight from your hub to console. And if it’s still laggy they will have to fix it otherwise they ain’t interested they was no help at all to me

    @btbusinesscare Good morning! I am still waiting for a reply. It’s a simple question: If I am being told that I owe over £2800 for cloud voice service for March 2020 to July 2021, please confirm that there were no issues and it was fully functional, and we had no issues. Thanks

    @123_shibby @btsport My account is locked, Support is not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    @bt_uk I’ve done this - I didn’t get anything back via text so I assume then the tests have been done and no issue has been found? Hopefully this fixes my issue🤞

    @bt_uk I just bought a 5 day wifi pass, have been charged for it but when I log in, I get a message saying I have no wifi. Help!

    @BTCare can you please have a word with your text department just had a text reminding me to send the broken TV box back it's been sent back and post office said it was delivered on Saturday 👍I have recipient and screen shot of post office confirming delivery to you thank you
