@bt_uk I have spent hours on the phone to your call centres, managed my other services fine once I eventually get through, but they cannot remove additional storage. I've been on online chat with no useful help. And the neither the BT or Cloud apps have the facility to remove the 50GB.

@bt_uk As it happens, mobile signal has been ok last couple of days - 2 of 4 bars. Better than nothing, but not full bars as it used to be. EE site still reporting service problem in the area. Haven't tried tests yet. Also had broadband issues, now fixed by BT engineer.

  • Mike_Buckingham Mike (@Mike_Buckingham) reported

@bt_uk Called to talk about recontracting broadband. Disappointed that the best I was offered was more than a new customers price. Not the best way to treat loyalty.

@bt_uk Hi I had a couple of BT engineers wanting to access the side of my property tomorrow morning for another customer. I just wanted to confirm that they will be here at 8am tomorrow? I’ll DM you my address

appalling service by @bt_uk. Screwing up things but charging the customer to correct their mistakes.

  • Kev_Fahey KevFahey (@Kev_Fahey) reported

@bt_uk I’m not wasting my time with your support anymore, I’m sick and tired of it and the script so I’m in talks with other providers I’m paying far too much for the quality of service I receive from you and I just get fobbed off so you’ve pretty much lost a loyal customer

  • juliettuke Juliet Tuke (@juliettuke) reported

@bt_uk my mum in law’s landline is not working, she is in her 80s and this is her only means of contact. I am being passed to so many people but nothing is being done. Can you help at all please?

  • gogsmunro Gordon Munro (@gogsmunro) reported

@bt_uk My partner's elderly aunts have been without telephone or Internet for a week now. The phone numbers they have been given for support do not connect. They are in Northern Ireland. Can you help please?

  • mb20nut Jenny (@mb20nut) reported

@bt_uk Could someone please call me regarding a business line being down?

  • clairescho13 Claire Woodfield (@clairescho13) reported

@bt_uk At what point do I log in? If I click on buy now I doesn't accept my MyBT login details. If I go through MyBT there is no option within my account to use a hotspot
