@girl_tinder @bt_uk BT are a Statuary Undertaker and as such under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 are legally obliged if they have a customer “out of service “ to issue an Emergency works notice to you local Authority to carry out a repair to the pylon within two hours. So this is very poor

@TC38534491 @ETHthisistheway @btsport If morality matters all the time don’t be a hypocrite. Britain is guilty of crimes just like Qatar or Saudi we support/fund Saudi and isreal who commit war crimes- don’t limit it to football. Who cares who owns Newcastle because Britain isn’t guilty free nor is Any nation imo

@bt_uk All the offers are more expensive. Hardly showing any loyalty to a customer ? If the "offer" isn't available anymore, how can I keep the same package? The only difference is that your company wants to charge me more for the same product.

@bt_uk Yes, heard if it, but when the broadband speed is crap anyway and there's virtually no mobile signal, it's a pointless sell...

@bt_uk Why is it taking over a week and counting to come fix our internet, contractors knocked our broadband out at the pole and you seem to be in no rush to send anyone out. Took 5 minutes to **** it up and over a week to come fix it.

@girl_tinder @bt_uk Can’t believe you posted this 20 hrs ago & @bt_uk has even bothered to respond to your tweet! What shite customer service, most companies would be bang on it on Twitter! Can you also try tagging BT Openreach as aren’t they the ones who do the actual fixing?
