    @bt_uk have had no broadband since 25/8. fault tracker says it’s fixed but running a check on it says network fault and the expected resolve date keeps getting pushed back. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough

    @bt_uk Good Morning Had a fibre installation in June Unit fell off the wall .a bad install ,have had hours of phone calls ,engineers were promised but never came ,what do I do now

    Terrible day for getting work done today @bt_uk internet is down as there is planned maintenance that no one was informed about and no @ThreeUKSupport mobile data at work despite 3-4 bars of signal. This happens too often on your network had to go for a drive to get data

    @bt_uk Your service is so trash that I'm gong to pay off my subscription and find another provider. Twice in the past three months you have messed with my account, first time took six weeks to resolve and today yet again its gone down. Utter trash.

    @bt_uk Your engineer came on Tuesday but couldn’t fix the problem as I needed a new router - which for some reason he didn’t have. A new one was ordered but now 2 days later no sign of it! What kind of service is that?
