    @bt_uk morning, my broadband connection is down wifi working but no Internet connection. Logged call no engineer until 10th. Admin gui unresponsive if adsl line plugged in. Can anything be checked at exchange.i have weak bt signal so rely on WiFi calling which isn't working. Ty

    @bt_uk IT’S ALL BEEN DONE BEFORE! And engineers from both BT and OpenWorld have been on site. I STILL have the problem!!

    @bt_uk our internet has went down can you help us check why? We can’t check service outages as it’s asking for a phone phone number which we don’t have with bt
