Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency

H (@surkdidat) reported@bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.

James (@sausagenmash) reported@leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.
