As per @bt_uk if you search for a mobile deal, then you have a hard search on your credit history and this will reduce your overall score. Be aware of this process, if you want your credit scores to be ruined, such a stupid process. I cant use @UswitchUK @Gocompare such a shame.

@bt_uk have provided genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced from any company I’ve ever had to deal with. Nearly 3 months and still not even a phone line installed
