    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @dvotee @bt_uk @virginmedia Ridiculous. I went with Virgin and am getting reliable WiFi and internet now after hub replaced as my old one was overheating due to the fan failing. It took several calls though over a long period to get them to come out as it was intermittent. Got really bad one day so insisted

    Anyone thinking of using @bt_uk for internet DONT their services are a shambles my farther in law has had nothing but issues and he’s only been with them a few months he’s not had a week with out issues with his internet so we’ve made him cancel it’s shocking #dontusebtbroadband

    @bt_uk So why has someone asked a trainee to call me? I was on the phone for 24 minutes to her with no resolution (after last week’s 1 hour and 20 minutes), just wasting my time and she’s now just hung up on me, whilst trying to contact @WeAreOpenreach! Your company is shambolic!!

    Another tree fallen in the village, taking out the line that feeds broadband to most of its residents. So thats another round of apologies to my clients for not being able to fulfil my work commitments to them. @bt_uk I hope you fix this soon 😕

    @bt_uk you are clearly having some serious kinds of issues with your services at the moment, b/c my average length of Skype call with one of your customers is about 30s this morning. I'm counting my blessings that I'm not a customer of yours!

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach She said there was a 4-5 minute wait time to get through to @WeAreOpenreach. It’s now an hour later and no-one has bothered to recontact me with what’s going on. You have my mobile no., you have my email, you could reply via Twitter. But no. Silence again. Ignoring issues again.
