    @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

    @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.

    @bt_uk So I have to pay to call you on a premium number from a non bt mobile (I don’t use the landline with you) for an issue your end as never had a problem logging in before.

    @bt_uk Hello, I can only find phone numbers to contact customer services. I cannot call, I need written communication. How can I contact someone in writing about TV? It's ridiculous how difficult it's become to manage my account online now.

    @bt_uk Never mind my 'feelings', what about the threats & illegality? 'Reaching out' to a team that can only parrot the official narrative won't help. It's the ones at the top that need to have their dictatorial mentality reined in. I reiterate; it's ILLEGAL!

    Moved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.

    @bt_uk is there a broadband issue in some areas this pm? The call delay suggests yes. I can't stand at the top of the garden for 90mins to wait for a call back from you and 'WiFi calling' indoors obviously isn't working. Very frustrating 😕
