CGS Technology (@cgs_uk_com) reported@btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they don’t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband

Sian Rumble (@SianyRum) reported@btbusinesscare I am so disappointed with the lack of service I have received. We moved premises on 31/07/25 and to date still no broadband or landline. Disgusting, and you are still charging me monthly which should have been refunded. Your admin is disgraceful also.
