    Well done @bt_uk came to replace our aging pole but forgot to reconnect the internet again. Booked engineer but he can only sort internal issue not pole. Now have to wait up to 3 days for fix. If I break something I would ensure it is a quick fix

    @BTCare been told there is no possible resolution to a system error in YOUR company so I either pay nearly double what you quoted or leave. CEO must be proud. Customer care at its worst #donotbuy #Complaints #BTscams
