Wayne Thompson (@MrWayneThompson) reported@bt_uk Not what I was told today nor on the letter. Also y do BT have no record of actually sending the letter. Nothing adds up other than money going early. Plus that is 4 days prior not 3. No confusion. The man told me it was an error & apologised but that don't help my 75 yr old mom.
