    @bt_uk Engineer was supposed to show yesterday and did not. I have called to speak to a manager and this is no allowed!? I have 2 months of continuing issues but there's no-one to take responsibility ONLY my money.

    So, just been taken through @bt_uk @BTGroup account review. Surprise, dressing up an already over priced service, if you pay us a £1 more we will give you loads of things I don't need including full fibre upgrade (no plans in place to build!). #BT_BroadbandRipoff @CommonsDCMS

    @bt_uk I’ve referred a friend and have been waiting since March for my voucher. Every time it’s sent to me- the link comes up with an error message. Getting so frustrated with the slow responses via email now - it’s been almost 5 months!
