@bt_uk absolute emergency please help - vulnerable grandad’s phone line is down which is needed for his carers and emergency alarm as lives alone. reported fault but told 11/3 repair but needs resolving today cannot be without emergency alarms especially.

@Tactical_Times we are looking at this from the wrong angle. you want change it has to be forced. cancel @SkySports @btsport etc or any subscriptions until a proper rule review is done. hit them in the pocket and they will change, for me its that simple. or they just group together and do nowt

@bt_uk There is one thing. I keep losing my land line. I hesitate to report it because I have a bad case of Diogenes Syndrome and the wall socket, where the line enters my flat, is inaccessible due to my ... ... let's call it laziness. Mental illness is such an ugly expression.
