2/2 @bt_uk I go to sky and they agree to take over and allow me to keep my existing no and provide me with b/band. Plus they’re £4 per month cheaper. Your policy is plain stupid and I’d like an explanation please

@bt_uk I want 2 b/band connections to my house but am told I can’t as my existing accounts are linked. I have to cancel one line altogether (losing my no) & then apply to have b/band as a new customer.End result - I’ll have two broadband connections to my house but lose my no.1/2

@bt_uk There isn’t. The last engineer didn’t get out the van and said they needed a senior engineer. We are meant to be getting a call from your customer service on Saturday.

@bt_uk So @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp installers have not turned up again. No phone call, don't answer the number given. Very poor service. Over a month now and still not connected.

@bt_uk Hahahah what a joke your customer service team is. If I had a choice of my internet I’d be with @virginmedia 100%. 12 month contract with them and it never went off once. BT? 6 problems in one week

@bt_uk Yes they have 3 times without advising us the job had been cancelled or crashed. Whilst we wait for switch on. It’s really not on. No customer service at all. Still not hopeful for next Friday

@bt_uk BT talking garbage again as usual. There in no EE signal where I live and hasn't been for years and I don't live up a mountain or in a valley or even on the East Coast. 4 weeks ago the ONS employee couldn't log in to their server standing in my drive. Yes you're right, EE.
