    @bt_uk Internet down for all our neighbours for nearly 48hrs & those with BT have reported it & complained. One has been given £50 compensation & was told there’s a fault,yet your link says no problems & no reports!

    @bt_uk hi, BT estimating two days of internet outage in my area whilst they fix and issue? Very disappointing, and I have work I need to do.

    @bt_uk Whenever I phone up, the person is unfailingly polite and helpful. They tell me all about the OpenReach problems, they book me another provisional date, which then passes...

    @Lenderz @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I emailed Steve jobs to get a MacBook replaced once. If in doubt, become Karen (I was actually fairly reasonable - we guessed what the issue was, it just took a slight deviation from the standard processes to fix. Though I get why, still a pain to get them to shift)

    It has been a while since having anything bad to say about @bt_uk but they have made up for it in a big way. Broadband down; TV, internet, WiFi all wiped out and the response from @bt_uk in recognising there’s a fault? ….. they will try and put it right in 5 days!! Terrible😡😡

    @bt_uk so internet has been down for the last couple of days. We are both key workers but BT doesn’t care/consider this. Apparently contract says that they can’t guarantee consistent internet. What are we all paying for?? Shocking service!! And letting down your own key workers.

    @bt_uk I have reported a fault due to poor broadband, why have I not been offered a mini hub to get me by until my fault is repaired ???

    @bt_uk How do I get this hub ? The lady who dealt with me earlier never offered it but I know I'm entitled to it, I'm fed up of this broadband cutting out all the time
