Shocking service yet again from @bt_uk - internet not working properly for weeks, Openreach engineer came out who reported the hub needs replaced. BT saying everything is fine so not replacing! well if this is your definition of fine I’d hate to see what utter crap is!

@flibblesan It was a bit of a shock tbh. First real issue I've had with @bt_uk in the decade plus I've been with them. But attempting to upsell, and blatantly lie that it would solve the issue is really offputting. Esp knowing that non-tech folk would fall for it.

Absolutely SHOCKING service from @BT_uk!!!! Beyond frustrated and angry that I am being charged £144 for cancelling a service I DIDN’T EVEN CANCEL!!!! What the actual f*ck!?!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 going round in circles on the phone, no one wants to help, I am losing my mind!!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯

Could retrain as a @bt_uk engineer quicker than they fix faults. For real though, the engineer doesn't do as promised and we've got to wait days for it to be fixed. 4g speeds are 10x worse than my phone. Promises certain days to fix it. Ofcom will be contacted after this
