@bt_uk my broadband has just dropped out for the seventh time this morning. Any known issues in SW19 area?

  • jonniec81 Jon Chan (@jonniec81) reported

@bt_uk You have yet again cancelled my home move order and I am yet again on hold trying to speak with someone, this is poor service and potentially I’m going to go with sky now

  • Kie_ran141 Kieran (@Kie_ran141) reported

@bt_uk 48 hours for an outage which I get is 'standard'.. but you can't sort out somthing so I can tether my internet from my phone, and wont be charged if I go over the data ? Kinda mental 😑👎

  • x2Drinks 2 𝓭𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓴𝓼 (@x2Drinks) reported

@bt_uk worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. How have I been told 3 times in a row someone will either be turning up at my house/I’ll be getting a phonecall and nobody turns up/rings. What a joke, literal years of my life wasted trying to sort my internet out.

  • LondonCalendar Simon Carroll (@LondonCalendar) reported

@BTCare just had appalling experience with BT customer support. Thursday had engineer booked for today, no engineer or contact. 35 mins on phone waiting for confirmation of what’s happening call ended. Called again & now they put me through to open reach switchboard with no info!

  • DerOnklevaart Tiberius Onklevaart (@DerOnklevaart) reported

@bt_uk @andrew_2693 I am a customer of cuckoo, others are using Vodafone, EE, talk talk et el and are all out. I've tweeted openreach and my providor. This an EE are the only responses from any company, and no one has provided direct updates or even acknowledgment of an issue.

  • Footyfan20001 Footyfan2000 (@Footyfan20001) reported

@joepidic82 @btsport what was the problem? mine worked fine

  • RobSP86 Rob (@RobSP86) reported

Never known a company **** so much stuff up when ‘fixing’ a problem as @bt_uk Stop disconnecting people’s alarms at sockets just because you don’t know what the cable is and then just ******* off. You’re actively endangering peoples safety.

  • JulieR282 Julie R (@JulieR282) reported

@bt_uk Well your colleague replied to someone else stating they will check if they have the ‘correct package’ to be provided alternatives whilst it’s out. Which I’m guessing is the most expensive package which the majority of people won’t have, so yeah suggests that support varies

  • danny_hay73 Danny Hay (@danny_hay73) reported

@bt_uk Hmmmm, so you tell me, what exactly is the benefits of Full Fibre 900, if the Wi-fi does not support it????????? Have I been conned here??? A call to OFCOM I think is in order!!!
