@bt_uk Hi. I am a Broadband customer, when I try to connect to a hotspot using my laptop your login page says email or password incorrect. Despite me twice changing my password? Am able to login on my mobile.

@bt_uk I reported a fault this morning about having no landlines and Internet. They said you will get a text in 24 hours to say when? Logged into my bt put phone number as landline which is down? Changed it now but seriously?

@bt_uk Hiya. Purchased 16 Nov from Amazon, but after being on hold for 1.5hrs to your helpline last night, I gave up and just ordered another monitor as we need it. Any help appreciated.

@bt_uk I’m an outraged. My small events business has had to move out of our office as we don’t have revenue coming in to pay the rent and rate. I call BT to cancel the broadband and they have slapped the business with a £7,631 early termination charge. This is unacceptable 😡

@bt_uk Whilst I really appreciate the response (and will do this) the issue that is always reported is the length from BT box, meanwhile we are 200 yards away from new and unused fibre that was installed as part of T in the Park!

@bt_uk Will give them a try thank you, but after the call yesterday I started shopping around and has been a real eye opener. In terms of what others are offering. I’m a loyal customer and not worried about a few pounds here or there. But when things are cheaper for new customers 😳

@bt_uk Hello, I have been on the phone for the past 2 days on BT's customer service line, yesterday for one and a half hour.. and today again... am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem??
