    No call from @bt_uk yesterday about why my #BTbroadband hasn't been activated (6 days overdue) I called today; no updates and a promise for another call back in 24hours. Asked to speak to a manager about the poor communication,got another promise for a call before 4pm. Let's see.

    @earthbulb70 @bt_uk They never talk about the barbary pirates snatching children to enslave them do they, they never mention that all the blacks came here voluntarily and have always had the same rights do they. They never mention the reason they are here is to lower wages for the working class.

    @bt_uk appalling service. Engineer booked 3 times. Never showed up. Never actually booked on your side. No wifi for 3 weeks and wfh. Proceeding to raise complaint to Ombudsman. Your company should either up its game, face consequences, or not exist.
