    @ChicagoOpTic @SkyUK @btsport What I am “literally talking about” is that I pay Sky to provide the BT Sport service... hence they are my provider as I am not directly contracted with BT. Hence I have to raise the issue with them... this isn’t difficult to understand...

    @Lez_Mets @btsport No, I switched over straight away & never went back. It’s annoying because on cable I could’ve been easily switching between the MLB, Wigan match & the Windies Test match.

    @bt_uk you clearly don't care about me as a long time customer even when I have constantly sent you DM on here and you alleged that you have emailed and yet nothing back from you. BT you must only care about making money from your customers and not offer any customer care

    @bt_uk Oops I forgot that my bill was due... How can I please negotiate a delay in payment for this month? It's due 6th April. Could I pay it off on 13th April - I don't really want lose service... Thanks
