  @bt_uk hello. Openreach were supposed to come today to connect my bt Full Fibre. They never turned up and I took a day off for it. I never got a message that it was cancelled. Openreach are suggesting this is your issue. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

  @bt_uk the WORST broadband service out there. Avoid at all costs. We’re paying £100+ a month for the broadband to drop out every 4-6 minutes, and having 2 engineers no showing on us. Awful service.

  @bt_uk What's the best way to get help for Digital Voice? It's a week past activation date, and it's still not working. I've run through the web checker a couple of times, it says activated but detects a fault. Tried SMS version, rebooted multiple times etc. 1/2

  @bt_uk It’s 10pm. No one from BT has called me and the open order has not been closed so I expect Monday’s 4th attempt will be a failure too. Worst customer service.

  What's the point in having a text relay service for a deaf people to access on a phone that keeps crashing! @bt_uk can you sort it please it's just not accessible
