@bt_uk Wi-fi - same result on phone and laptop, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Tried a router reboot, but nothing. Checked @downdetector and 90 people had reported issues in the last hour.

@bt_uk can you please let me know how to return my kit? I am going round in circles via your customer service / online. No link in my account to return equipment. Not received a returns package either (due 'couple of days' from 4th May according to the email - yet nothing)

@bt_uk hi, can you help please. My mum reported a landline fault yesterday, engineer was booked, then BT cancelled this morning because network fault but with no information on when to expect resolution and no contact details. Status checker says fix expected Thurs next week??!

@bt_uk Which what we should have been given in the first place. I am really shocked at the service, from a company that claims to provide unbeatable broadband. This is causing major issues as I work from home, I can’t work efficiently and our home systems are down, especially security
