    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.

    @bt_uk you have one of the worst set top boxes ever. Keeps glitching and restarts on its own. I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasn’t fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I don’t want to go to the ombudsman (yet).

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Hi BT and Openreach. how do i raise a complain. BT broadband customer multiple people on our estate, just had Openreach yet again 2 hours ago out to street to say no fault, to have internet off again., Its clear they are not fixing the faul this is not the

    @bt_uk I can’t see anything to describe what to do if the modem LOS light is red. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.

    @bt_uk your service is SO appalling. Elderly relative who depends on landline without phone line for 5 DAYS and you have totally failed to fix within the promised time. Formal complaint coming. Poor, poor, poor 👎

    @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.

    @bt_uk TF3 area no internet once again! @WeAreOpenreach say to speak to you! Non stop for 3 weeks Telford town centre internet line is down once again! Please someone sort it out.. stop blaming each other

    @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.

    Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.
