    I've made almost daily calls to @bt_uk with no help, I've had to make numerous 60 mile round trips to check on her & still nothing. Utterly disgraceful way to treat a loyal customer.

    @bt_uk what an absolute joke of a company you are. You come out to replace the telephone pole, break it, and then can’t even offer a way to directly get someone out to fix it! Potentially 3 days with no internet now because your call centre will only help if the pole is damaged!

    @bt_uk your broadband service is atrocious and it’s that bad you have now taken away the ability to speak to advisors because you are inundated with complaints, text service you provide now for complaints and faults isn’t good enough.

    I've had to explain the situation every time I've called @bt_uk everytime we spend at least an hour going over the same ground with no solution.

    @bt_uk There are no considerable issues, you and Openreach can't do what you promised. What superpowers do you have thinking you can do anything? Get Philip Jansen involved instead of hiding away, he's the CEO and doesn't give a toss, but likes to take payments from me.

U helped to o bring this bile back into Scottish football under a different name SCOTTISH football was normal till the rangers football club came into the premier League the. The name rangers. Should never have been allowed by to soil our league agsin

    @btbusinesscare We have spent 18 months without divert working which we have been paying for for over 5 years.18 months later,still no divert, business phone lines cut off and during a global pandemic when staff need to work from home £1000s lost in revenue.Absolutely appalling service.
