@bt_uk Paula, tried the link sent, no live chat available. Since first contact been in hospital without my phone usable. I note a message from BT yesterday informing me my next month's cap is used to the old spend limit again. BT have totally let me down, be ashamed.

@alimully @bt_uk I have the same concern. I have no mobile signal in my house and rely on a booster. If there is a power cut I now have no phone line.

@bt_uk Thanks Kelly, not sure what you can do but it's a weird feature someone in BT thought was a good idea. It slows down the user experience and very very annoying. Please log the complaint and remove this stupid feature. Thanks
