    @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

    @bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and it’s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

    @bt_uk Hi - sorry, I mean the internet connection has been down all day, so we have been cash only in our store all day .. hopefully it back in tomorrow

    @bt_uk Since updating their operating system, I have on recent months 1st had problems logging into my BT a/c now for the 2nd time in Europe end up using all my free mobile data as I cannot connect here in France.

    @btbusinesscare Hey BT, Not sure how to reach out. I am unable to access my account on BT app. It authenticates well, means no issues with id/ password etc. But some how apps don't work. Have reinstalled the app but still the same error. My web login is working though! Pls help.
