    @bt_uk Kevin, I had a call from BT. I've set up a new package. I knew I'd lose some channels as soon as this went through, didn't realise ALL the Premium channels would go. I'm navigating the new package, getting used to new channels & programmes. Thanks for your help & advice. Jeanie

    Why oh why did I choose to go with @bt_uk for my home broadband! Service guaranteed to go live today and now delayed two weeks!! I should’ve stuck to my guns and gone elsewhere!!

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach I'm hearing on the grapevine that it would cost us £500 per household to have this set up on our Estate! Surely there's a more reasonable solution than this!? It's 2021!

    @bt_uk been trying now for 4 weeks to have broadband connected at new premises after being told it would just be a case of plugging the router in. Being told today there are still issues, we move tomorrow and still have no answers

    Still can't believe @SkySports aren't showing 1 of the Scottish Premiership games tonight.. absolute joke of a network when it comes to coverage for us.. wish they never left @btsport but money talks..

    @bt_uk I've booked an engineer but also want to make a complaint as I can't work due to not having broadband which means I don't get paid.
