@bt_uk promised a call back on the 10th December to a complaint made which is a continuous follow up to a mis-sell from October. Still haven't heard anything and whenever I call myself I am passed from dept to dept with no suitable resolution offered. Will someone reach out now?

@bt_uk it's shocking how your customer support can no longer price match broadband even if it's £5 off a month in been with you guys for 16 years

@bt_uk Had to cancel our first booking for setting up our broadband in a new house and now waiting for you to close that account to book again. Have been waiting over a week, still can’t rebook even though I’ve received an email saying the account has been closed?? 1/2

@bt_uk My bt system hung on 2 of the three discs, had to remove power from all three , wait, then restart each one in turn to recover. £5 to a broadband charity if this was a one-off, unique, never happened to anyone else before problem.

@bt_uk Paid extra for ‘more reliable’ Wi-fi with @bt_uk but it keeps dropping out. Reported to BT and promised call back within 30 minutes. It is now over seven hours and heard nothing. Help desk as reliable as Wi-Fi!!! Advice please!

.@bt_uk I have no idea what is happening with BT at the moment. I had no idea trying to stay a loyal customer and renew my contract would cause so much stress. I've raised complaints and you have closed them as you only call during the day and leave no direct number!!!

@bt_uk A contract that was broken by yourselves. Nobody has a clue what is going on, and I’m yet to receive an apology, or reimbursement for the £65 you happily took from my account. I cannot give you a case number as I haven’t been provided with one. The service is shocking...

@GymSim @bt_uk That doesn’t sound good. Very frustrating customer experience no doubt.

@bt_uk Will give that a try!! I read on one of the BT Community forums that the addition of a wi-fi extender into the network can cause this issue... that would make sense as I’ve recently bought one (a BT model incidentally). Can you offer any advice if that’s the cause?
