    @bt_uk what’s bt wifi x doing on my router ? Why is it impossible to get anyone in bt to tell me how to connect to it ? Does it come from my router ? How’s it powered ? Why does your complaint department insist on letters but respond by email ? Why did I sign up for Bt ?

    @bt_uk is there a problem with BT broadband? My hub has a blue light as normal. My WiFi says connected but no internet access. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @blnode @bt_uk There's a big Facebook, WhatsApp outage at the moment, so don't know if any of this is connected. I have BT internet but currently getting same message re. being connected bit with no internet access

    @bt_uk @tweedledee23 Surely it's not an issues with our mobiles? If several people have the same issue then it's your problem, can't imagine we all have the same phones 🙄
