  @anabelish @bt_uk I tried to cancel my Dads contract with them once. They quoted £1.5k., because he renewed it in Oct that year. I asked if the contract had rolled over (which was cancellable) or by signature. "By signature sir". When? "October sir". Me - "Funny. He died in August".

  @bt_uk My broadband is very slow, 2 engineers out, no fault on home setup, new hub sent 4th January, not arrived. Can't get online chat, cant even load fault from bt home page or send complaint. Total joke.

  @BTCare Hi there, as a fan of prem rugby, I was dissapointed when after two weeks of becoming a new subscriber with a monthly pass I was unable to pause my membership for the next two weeks while both the euro and prem rugby are cancelled. Can you help?

  @bt_uk I already reset it and the issue is still the same. It’s constantly changing from blue to orange and flashing purple. This is the 3rd day now extremely annoying considering the price I pay for it.
