@bt_uk This hasn't arrived either. I have tried to call again today and have been waiting for 30 minutes to talk to someone. I DO NOT have that kind of time to waste on this. I just want to send back the box and never have to deal with BT again.

@bt_uk My signal isn't quite up to phonecalls, sadly. I'm sorry you are getting the brunt of this, but we are so stressed. I've been in tears this morning, trying to work. We just feel like nothing is being done. We keep being told its being looked at, but honestl, how long can it take?

@bt_uk hi, got sent a 4g home hub mini and it can't connect to a network. Your coverage checker says my area is excellent but my hub won't connect at all.
