    @bt_uk when I joined your advisor told me you are a premium service thats why it's worth paying a little more. Couldn't be more wrong wish I had stayed with previous provider as they could provide a strong signal thru the whole house. Disappointed

    @bt_uk £220 termination fee added to my late brother's final bill, how do you sleep at night? I'm sure he'd still be using your service had liver cancer not been such a nuisance and killed him. Absolutely vile way to earn money you insensitive arseholes.

    @joncbirder @bt_uk @Ofcom I had the same thing happen last Wed evening in the middle of teaching. Had to cancel the lessons obviously! So crap when you're freelance!
