@bt_uk because you cut off our internet and have the most appalling processes and systems, it looks like we may never get our internet back at our property before we move. Two people rely on this connection to work. We have a young family. You have made a difficult Christmas much worse

@bt_uk We can’t get Wifi in one room of our house. Your website is impossible to report this on & any requests for help are completely circular - always taking me back to the same useless page. Why can I not just contact you?

@bt_uk Please STOP dishonest advertising for “reliable BT broadband”- it’s ****. We can’t use Netflix, Alexa, home security systems etc because the broadband connections drops out all the time. It’s NOT the router, the home WiFi, it your crap network.

@btsport do you have to make your standard definition so bad intentionally? It’s like watching football in the 90s and we all know you’ve decreased the quality to entice HD subs.

@bt_uk There was a mobile number Kevin. If you or your manager had bothered to look he would have seen that Nathan specifically wrote it down. After you failed to call back, I called and waited on hold again. I eventually spoke to someone more sensible... but
