@bt_uk Honestly I’ve never had such appalling service , an 84 yr old who lives alone losing her phoneline which is her lifeline, through no fault of her own . Demands for money not owed, the list goes on and on

@bt_uk Still waiting! Told Engineers would turn up today (29th Jan). Once again a no-show. Starting to believe you want me cancel my FTTP order so you don’t have to pay any compensation as per Ofcom guidelines!! Shocking service.

@kestermann @bt_uk @MarcAllera how about giving small villages full fibre? being stuck on wireless from junction and poor internet because no1 wants to come here, apart from #CountyBroadband, 300mbs up and down for 6months for the same price i get 25 down 4 up from u guys...

over two weeks without internet in my house now. 3 adults and 2 schoolchildren have been working solely off 4g hotspots. NEVER use @bt_uk or anyone that uses @OpenreachHelp . they are utterly USELESS.

@Mas79K @andNickMullins @btsport I know that, and it is better than not seeing the game at all. You can't use the app if you subscribe through Sky, so they take your money but don't give you the full benefits, I knew that before I subscribed through sky so not a complaint after the fact.

@bt_uk 24 hour after my broadband was due to go on still absolutely nothing. Extremely poor service, all I get is we apologise. Are you going to compensate me for not being able to work from home? #shocking #newcustomer #notimpressed

Worst service ever received @bt_uk just been cut off after 1:27 on hold. Promised 3 callbacks since Nov-Never received. Can’t resolve my complaint/low speed as can’t ever speak to a manager even though not getting my guaranteed speed they promise. How do they get away with it?

@bt_uk You are becoming a joke. You offer a great deal to stay with you instead of switching to Sky. Then say I need to cancel my (currently 24 month free) Now TV subscription then I can take your offer. I do this then you take the offer off the table. Screwed me over. Fuming
