    @neural_theory @bt_uk No way to cancel on the website and I really had to hunt to find the phone number - they're trying their hardest to make it difficult.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp unacceptable 7+ day broadband outage. Newborn at home, baby monitor offline, clear vulnerability risk. Already diagnosed fault. Need urgent escalation, 4G backup and review for full fibre upgrade. Considering switching provider.

    @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.

    Another 3 hours on phone to @bt_uk today. Still unresolved, still no call back from manager, still no email as promised from bosses. Comfortably the worst customer service in the UK.

    @bt_uk you’ve emailed me saying I can view my bill, can’t get into my account. Is there a problem with your website ??? Been like it all day and I’d like to see my bill !

    Isn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
