  @bt_uk trying to set up an order for a home move for end of May but seems impossible: hour long waits on the phone, get cut off, orders riddled with errors/problems which then have to be cancelled, now can't log into myBT. Can someone please contact me?

  @bt_uk @Martin04236249 I’m having the same issue on chrome on windows, and IOS. Can’t login into myBT app either. I’ve reset my password too and it’s still not letting me in “something went wrong. Please try again”
