My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

Dwain Driver (@TrainDriver1982) reported@bt_uk Your detection system says everything is ok, clearly it is not. Means I’m going to have to speak to your normally incompetent tech support since my open reach box was accidentally wired up to neighbours when development built. Literally had enough.
