@bt_uk Are all your technical support people on Broadband or Fibre always so rude and condescending to customers who have issues with games not working properly. And are they trained to talk back and talk down to a customer? Please explain how that works!

@bt_uk I am supposed to have an open reach engineer come out today between 8-1 still not turned up and been advised they have marked the job as completed .... 4th time this has happened ...... terrible service!!!!

@bt_uk I live in a FULL coverage of Data and Phone Call postcode according to BT's own web check site yet have never seen more than one bar on my phone and quite often slip to 3G. The term' false advertising' springs to mind

@BTCare I pay for super fast broadband so an NHS worker can wfh. Needed a replacement hub after just a few months. Sent old one back 2 days later. Post office have lost it so now I pay 50 fine because I can’t find the receipt. Would hope for better support in a pandemic!
