    @btbusinesscare what does it take to get to speak to a person for business support. Can’t get online and report a fault but unable to speak to a person to get help. Shocking service 🀬🀬🀬

    @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

    @BTCare your at arrangement with EE WiFi are a joke - asking to verify getting a code then losing the screen before being able to use the code is rubbish! Why do I pay such an exorbitant sum for such crap service? #BTrubbish

    @bt_uk I've been a long-time BT TV customer, but with only the BBC left for news (versus Sky's 10+ channels), I need better choices. Enough is enough! Please expand your news lineup or risk losing subscribers. Waiting..
