@bt_uk We'd really like to, but you've left our community with zero connectivity (internet, phone, mobile network) for FOUR WEEKS. Please restore connectivity as a matter of urgency.

  • zaphodikus Conrad Braam🤖 (@zaphodikus) reported

@christovskia @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I know what that feels like. Had a split pair on our copper here, and took ages to find, along with double termination we do on my side of the line in the house, that one made me look stupid. It's a proprietary system, hard to troubleshoot.

  • alexandros_mma Alexandros (@alexandros_mma) reported

@bt_uk Service costs way more than it should as it is, least you can do is help out.

  • MaxJamesMackay Max (@MaxJamesMackay) reported

@bt_uk Yes we spoke to your sales help line. It’s out of there hands as there is no way they can get us a new box so soon but we shouldn’t be in this situation. We wouldn’t have switch led providers if we knew we knew we couldn’t have it - and now we’re stuck.

  • Mairebc 🌗🌍 MrsC 🌎🌓 (@Mairebc) reported

@BTCare internet gone down this morning. Contacted BT. External problem might not be fixed until 29th Dec. Not good as it also means TV apps all down as well

  • peet74 Pete (@peet74) reported

@bt_uk No, but I can’t do all that I need to do on a small phone screen. This is the second time in a matter of weeks that the emails have been down and it’s very frustrating!

  • SteveBoyes4 Steve Boyes (@SteveBoyes4) reported

@bt_uk hi is there a problem with BT Broadband in LA13? My router displays orange light

  • Mairebc 🌗🌍 MrsC 🌎🌓 (@Mairebc) reported

@bt_uk I’ve just read your pinned tweet. Let’s hope it is fixed sooner, we pay enough for the service

  • loued52 Louise Edwards (@loued52) reported

Hey @btbusinesscare how do I submit a complaint please? We’re getting bills sent to us for the previous owners & we don’t use your services. The call centre was horrific to deal with - they wouldn’t deviate from their script & couldn’t help me at all!!

  • judes_t jt (@judes_t) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Yes l get that it's a bigger picture but l have an elderly Mum who keeps getting cut off on the phone cos the broadband drops. My issue is that it's being rolled out without the smaller issues addressed, let alone in rural areas with poor or no mobile signal.
