@bt_uk are you aware that your wifi has been down in several parts of the uk today? I’m sure you know how vital it is in these times that connection is good. So it would be good to hear if you’re at least trying to fix this ongoing issue

3 engineer visits; 2 new hubs (the first of which wasn’t an upgrade) & a refund that was sent twice with an accompanying threat of termination of service if I didn’t return the duplicate (your error hasn’t even hit my bank account yet)... @bt_uk spicing up my working from home👌🏻

@bt_uk hey BT - how fast can you get broadband set up? I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for @virginmedia @virginhelp and 2 engineers.. now they’ve scheduled 3rd engineer for 4th March? - 6.5 weeks into contract with no internet..! will cancel with them if you can do it faster?
