    @bt_uk Hi Claire, I spoke to the sales team. Turns out part of our street has fibre (and our nextdoor neighbor!) But not us. They've queried openreach for us to see if this is correct. Cheers for the help. I've never worked so hard to give someone my money!

    @bt_uk Have been trying to get in touch with BT. I am a Halo 3+ customer, have all comms with you. Have launched a complaint as I haven't been able to install the new Norton anti-virus, have phoned several times. When are you planning to respond? How are non Halo 3+ customers treated?

    Have been paying @btsport £36.49 a month and only allowed to watch on my main Sky box for the last few years! @SkyUK Engineer has just been and arranged for me to buy BT Sport through Sky for £24.99 a month and it works across ALL of my Sky boxes! WTF BT?!
